摘要： The present invention provides an assembly for latching a moving panel relative to a frame in which the moving panel slides or glides. A keeper is secured to the frame, and a latch is secured to the moving panel in such a manner that the keeper and latch are adjacent one another when the moving panel is moved to a closed position within the frame. Rotation of a key or handle on the moving panel causes the latch to extend and capture the keeper and pull the moving panel toward the frame as it latches. The latch cannot capture the keeper until a spike extending from the frame deflects a button on the moving panel. When the moving panel is latched, the spike provides resistance to vertical movement of the moving panel relative to the frame.

Therefore, a side wall (2a) of the operator cab (2) at an opposite side to a boom of a working-machine installed on a swivel base (1) is formed to have an outer convex surface, including the door; rails (4, 5 and 6) are provided on the side wall (2a) of the operator cab (2); the door (3) is provided with rollers (7, 8 and 9) which are always engaged with the rails to slide the door for easy opening and closing operation, and the position of the door (3) when the door is locked fully open is set to be within a range of turning radius (R) of the swivel base (1) along the outer surface of side wall (2a) of the operator cab (2).

摘要： A door lock assembly is provided for secure multipoint locking of a door. The lock assembly comprises a main lock cartridge in combination with one or more remote secondary lock cartridges mounted at one side edge of a door, with the main lock cartridge having an actuator for manipulating a plurality of lock members. In one preferred form for use with a hinged or swinging door, the lock members comprise a plurality of latch bolts movable to a first extended position for normal door latching, or to a second and further extended position to function as multiple deadbolts. In an alternate preferred form for use with a sliding door, the lock members comprise headed latch pins for engaging keeper plates on the adjacent door jamb. In either embodiment, the door jamb may comprise the adjacent side edge of a second or semi-active door in a double door entry set, wherein the second door desirably includes a header-sill lock assembly which is maintained in a positively locked condition unless the adjacent door is opened.

摘要： A sliding door lock having a latch plate, which slidably engages a channel in one leg of a corner piece. The corner piece is mounted in a door frame. A stud is attached to the slider plate so that a person may grasp the stud and slide the plate up and down. The stud has internal threads. A small screw is threaded into the internal threads of the stud. The sliding door lock is used by grasping the stud, which extends through an elongated slot in the door frame, and using the stud to move the latch plate upward so that it extends past the top of the door frame. The small screw is then used to hold the latch plate in an upward position. A tool is used to thread the small screw past the end of the stud so that the end of the small screw is in frictional contact with the corner piece, thus holding the latch plate in the upward position. When the latch plate is locked in the upward position, the door cannot be slid open because the upper end of the plate will come into contact with a block positioned above the door frame and mounted on a supporting structure surrounding the door frame. The latch plate may also be used in conjunction with other blocks for the purpose of holding the sliding door open.

The bar is connected to the clamp by a retaining pin that engages a slot in the bar, and a spring-biased locking button on the clamp that engages one of two locking apertures in the bar.

摘要： A locking device for securing a sliding door in either a fully closed or partially opened, vented position. The device comprises an elongated bar having one end pivotally attached to the door frame and a free end with a specially shaped recess adapted to engage a lock assembly connected to the door. The lock assembly includes a rotatable shaft having a substantially rectangular cross-section for locking engagement with the bar's recess. Rotation of the shaft between locked and unlocked positions respectively locks and unlocks the bar to the lock assembly. The free end of the bar also may have a folding vent link having a similar specially shaped recess that may be used for venting of the door, while still securing it to prevent unwanted entry.

The door mounted handle assembly includes an outer pivotal handle, an inner pivotal handle, and an inner actuation mechanism operative to allow either handle independently of the other to actuate either a pivotal front cam actuator arm or a rear pivotal latch independent of the other. Either handle may be held in its pivoted position toward the direction of sliding movement of the door during that sliding movement without adversely effecting the latching action when the door is either fully closed or opened. The handles are vertically spaced but transversely aligned relative to one another.
