    摘要: A press, a method for operating the press, and a lubricating arrangement for the press or for another working machine. The press has a press drive that is connected with a ram of the press, which ram can be moved via a transmission in a working direction (Z). The transmission has at least one sliding bearing with one and, preferably, several lubricating points. In a first press operating state, all the lubricating points of the sliding bearing are supplied with lubricant at a first lubricant pressure (p1). In a second press operating state, the thickness of the lubricant film formed in the sliding bearing drops below a minimum value in the region of at least one first lubricating point and lubricant is supplied thereto at a second greater lubricating pressure (p2) in order to prevent increased wear of the sliding bearing.

    摘要: A lubrication system thermostat for controlling the flow of oil in a lubrication system includes a valve and an actuator. The valve is configured to modulate between an unmodulated position and a modulated position, each of which may be in an open position or a closed position. In the open position, at least a portion of the oil flow is unobstructed, and in the closed position, the oil flow is substantially blocked. The actuator is configured to modulate the valve. The actuator includes a thermal element configured to generate mechanical displacement when subjected to a temperature change such that the valve is movable from and returnable to the unmodulated position. The lubrication system thermostat may be in a normally-open configuration, in which the unmodulated position is the open position, or a normally-closed configuration, in which the unmodulated position is the closed position.

    摘要: An automatic lubricant dispenser is detachably mounted on a bearing of a machine to continuously supply lubricant to the bearing. The dispenser includes a housing for storing the lubricant inside, a piston upwardly compressing the lubricant inside the housing, a spring installed at a bottom of the piston, for compressing and elastically supporting the piston, and a flow pipe installed vertically by extending through both the housing and the piston. The flow pipe is formed with an inflow hole on a top portion thereof and an inside hollow channel so that the lubricant compressed by the piston flows into the flow pipe and is then discharged into a bottom of the housing. An operator can voluntarily control the accurate flow amount of the fluent lubricant.

    摘要: A distributor for feeding a lubricant to lubrication tubes is provided. A pressurized lubricant stream is projected from an outlet across a gap and impinges at least in part on an inlet of a lubrication tube positioned to face the stream. The lubrication tube is supported so as to limit interference of flow into its inlet by excess lubricant from the stream not impinging on the inlet. The lubricant stream may be in the form of an essentially conical stream diverging from the outlet, two lubrication tubes positioned with their respective inlets in essentially uniform spacing from the outlet and from the axis of the conical stream receiving essentially uniform quantities of lubricant. The lubrication stream may be a pressurized air-oil stream.
