The strain sensor comprises a strain gauge (31) and a support member (32), whereby the support member is attached to the component surface only at first and second attachment places. The support member comprises a beam portion (39) that is adapted to bend in response to a relative displacement of the first and second attachment places, and the strain gauge is integrated on a surface (33) of this beam portion.     摘要: The invention discloses a weighing sensor and an electronic scale provided with the same. The weighing sensor comprises a flat plate formed into helical shape, including successively a load-supporting portion, a strain portion and a bearing portion from the center to the outer of this plate, with the load-supporting portion situated between and surrounded by the bearing portion and the strain portion; wherein the load-supporting portion and the bearing portion are respectively used to bear the acting force and the reaction force in opposite directions, and a strain gauge is mounted on the strain portion. The electronic scale comprises at least three weighing sensors, wherein the bearing portion of the sensor is mounted on the scale body, the load-supporting portion directly contacts the supporting leg of the scale, which contacts the plane on which the scale is positioned. The present invention has small thickness, simple structure and low manufacturing cost.

The load sensing platform may further include an alert module to generate an alert signal when a change in the position of the load exceeds a threshold value.

    摘要: The calibration weight arrangement for an electronic balance (1) with a force-measuring cell (6) has a calibration weight (14) which can be coupled to the force-measuring cell (6). A transfer mechanism and a drive source are used to move the calibration weight vertically, in order to establish, as well as to release, the force-transmitting contact between the calibration weight and the force-measuring cell. The transfer mechanism has at least one resetting element (122), a lifting system (110) configured as a knee-joint linkage (117), and a multi-stable positioning element (115). Due to the feedback from the multi-stable positioning element, whose first stable state defines the calibrating position (132) and whose second stable state defines the rest position (133) of the transfer mechanism, the actuator (118) is energized only during the phases when the transfer mechanism is moving.

    摘要: A force sensor with two force input elements to which a force to be measured and a support force are applied. The two force input elements are substantially rotationally symmetrical and are axially spaced apart, and the force to be measured and the support force are applied in radial directions. A spring element, arranged axially between the two force input elements connects these elements and its load-dependent deformation is converted into an electrical signal. A suppression of transverse forces is achieved in a purely mechanical manner so that the influence of transverse forces on the output signal of the force sensor are negligible. Both force input elements are additionally connected to each other by a guide element which encloses the spring element and which has two parallel guide connectors. The guide element is softer in the direction of the force to be measured than in a direction perpendicular thereto.

    摘要: In a force-measuring cell with a deformable body and with at least one strain gauge which has a strain-sensitive electrical resistor track arranged on a polymer carrier substrate, the strain gauge is bonded to the deformable body by an adhesive layer of an inorganic-organic hybrid polymer. For the bonding of the strain gauge to the deformable body, an adhesive compound having an inorganic-organic hybrid polymer in solution is applied to the deformable body, whereupon the strain gauge is placed on the hybrid polymer layer, and the adhesive layer is subsequently hardened at a temperature between 80° C. and 130° C. For the hardening of the adhesive layer, the deformable body with the strain gauge is exposed to the increased temperature for a time period between a half hour and three hours.
