摘要: Disclosed herein is a pulse transformer that includes: a drum core including a winding core part and first and second flange parts provided at both ends of the winding core part in an axial direction; a plurality of wires wound around the winding core part; and a plate-like core fixed to the drum core so as to face a first surface of the first flange part that is parallel to the axial direction and a second surface of the second flange part that is parallel to the axial direction. A value of S1/S2 is 0.19 or more and 0.47 or less, where an area of the cross section of the winding core part that is perpendicular to the axial direction is S1 and a facing area between the plate-like core and the first or second surface is S2.

摘要: Disclosed is a bifilar winding system for the manufacture of poloidal field superconducting magnets for nuclear fusion, including two superconducting coil winding production lines which are symmetrically arranged, a dropping fixture, a rotary platform and a winding mold, and an automatic control system. Each of the two winding production lines includes a conductor unwinding device, a straightener, an ultrasonic cleaning machine, a sandblasting and cleaning machine, a bending machine, an inter-turn insulation taping machine. During the winding of a coil, a superconducting conductor is unwound by the conductor unwinding device under the control of the automatic control system, then straightened, ultrasonically cleaned, sandblasted and cleaned, and bent into a desired radius, then wrapped with multiple layers of insulating tape by the inter-turn insulation taping machine, and finally fixed, by the dropping fixture, precisely on the rotary platform at a correct position within a profile of the winding mold.

摘要: A winding apparatus for a coil component in which wires are wound around a core. The winding apparatus includes a wire position support including wire route holes in which the wires are inserted, a wire feeder that feeds the wires to the wire position support such that tension is applied to the wires, a winding driver that orbitally revolves the wire position support around the core such that the wires are wound around the core while twisted, a rotator that rotates the core, and a controller that controls the winding driver and the rotator. The controller controls a rotation direction of the core with regard to an orbital revolution direction of the wire position support and an orbital revolution speed of the wire position support to prevent generation of a kink of a wire between a wire feeder and the wire position support.

A plurality of such tubular filter structures is arranged in a cryogenic. multi-tiered assembly further including structural/thermalization supports and a device sample holder assembly for securing a device sample, for example a superconducting quantum processor. The ace between the cryogenic tubular assembly and room temperature electronics is achieved using hermetically sealed vacuum feed-through structures designed to receive flexible printed circuit board cable.

摘要: A wireless charging coil with a high Q factor includes a plurality of wire groups. Each of the wire groups includes a plurality of wires, a self-bonding film and a plurality of insulation layers. The wires are spun together in a helical manner to form a self-woven structure of the wire group. The self-bonding film surrounds the plurality of wires, and each of the insulation layers covers a surface of a wire. The plurality of wire groups together are wound into a plurality of turns on a same winding surface, and all of the plurality of wire groups are wound on the same winding surface. Each turn is wound by the plurality of wire groups.

摘要: A quad-T transformer in some embodiments includes a first split winding, a second split winding, and two orthogonal closed-loop windings coupled between the first split winding and the second split winding. Wires can be wound around magnetic cores. A first of the two orthogonal closed-loop windings is coupled to a first portion of each of the first split winding and the second split winding. A second of the two orthogonal closed-loop windings is coupled to a second portion of each of the first split winding and the second split winding. A bi-directional single-phase/three-phase converter includes the quad-T transformer and a Scott-T transformer with an output connected to a three-phase connection. The Scott-T transformer also has a 90-degree input connected to the quad-T transformer and a zero-degree input connected to a single-phase connection.
