摘要: Provided is a depth sensor which includes a pixel and a row driver that controls the pixel, the pixel including a first tap, a second tap, a third tap, and a fourth tap, an overflow transistor, and a photoelectric conversion device. Each of the first tap, the second tap, the third tap, and the fourth tap includes a photo transistor, a transfer transistor, and a readout circuit. In a first integration period of a global mode, the row driver activates a second photo gate signal controlling the photo transistor of the second tap and a third photo gate signal controlling the photo transistor of the third tap. In a second integration period of the global mode, the row driver activates a first photo gate signal controlling the photo transistor of the first tap and a fourth photo gate signal controlling the photo transistor of the fourth tap.

The solid-state imaging device includes a pixel array unit in which a plurality of pixels is two-dimensionally arranged in a matrix, and a control unit that exposes all pixels of the pixel array unit at a same exposure timing and performs thinned read-out 2(N−1) times in which all the pixels are thinned to 1/N, so as to read electric charge in all the pixels of the pixel array unit, the electric charge being generated at the same exposure timing. The present technology can be applied to, for example, a solid-state imaging device, or the like, incorporated in an imaging device.-

摘要: The invention relates to a method allowing the use of the information accessible by fluorescence imaging to be optimized. For this purpose, it implements the combination of a protocol for calibration and synchronization of a pulsed light for exciting a fluorescent marker, with the operation in “rolling shutter” mode of a fluorescence camera. An appropriate correction factor allows the complete signal integrated by all of the photodiodes of the camera to be used so that no image is lost.

摘要: The present invention concerns a method for producing a microscopic image with an extended depth of field by means of a microscope. The microscope comprises an images sensor that comprises pixels that are arranged as a matrix that is formed by lines. In a step of the method, a plurality of microscopic frames of a specimen is acquired while a focus position (z) is changed. The microscopic frames are acquired line by line. The focus position (z) is changed over a course of acquiring individuals of the microscopic frames. In a further step, parts of individuals of the acquired lines are identified. These parts sharply image the specimen. The identified parts of the lines are composed in order to form a microscopic image of the specimen with an extended depth of field. Furthermore, the present invention concerns a microscope.

摘要: A wearable display system including multiple cameras and a processor is disclosed. A greyscale camera and a color camera can be arranged to provide a central view field associated with both cameras and a peripheral view field associated with one of the two cameras. One or more of the two cameras may be a plenoptic camera. The wearable display system may acquire light field information using the at least one plenoptic camera and create a world model using the first light field information and first depth information stereoscopically determined from images acquired by the greyscale camera and the color camera. The wearable display system can track head pose using the at least one plenoptic camera and the world model. The wearable display system can track objects in the central view field and the peripheral view fields using the one or two plenoptic cameras, when the objects satisfy a depth criterion.
