摘要: A spinning forming method includes a first forming step and a second forming step, in each of which a plate fixed to a main shaft is formed while being rotated. In the first forming step, a processing tool is brought into contact with a first main surface of the plate to form a first level-changing portion extending from the first main surface toward a second main surface. In the second forming step, the processing tool is brought into contact with the second main surface at an outer peripheral side of the first level-changing portion to form a second level-changing portion extending in an opposite direction to the first level-changing portion.

摘要: A spinning forming device includes: a rotating shaft that rotates a plate to be formed; a processing tool that presses a transform target portion of the plate to transform the plate; and a heater that locally heats the transform target portion by induction heating. The heater includes an electric conducting pipe, and the electric conducting pipe includes a coil portion extending in a circumferential direction of the rotating shaft and having a doubled circular-arc shape facing the plate. A cooling liquid circulates through the electric conducting pipe by a circulating device.

摘要: A tube flanging method includes the steps of: disposing a tube such that an edge thereof is exposed to the outside of a forming mold while the tube is inserted into the forming mold; applying an external force to the exposed edge of the tube to expand the exposed edge of the tube; applying an external force to the expanded edge to bend the expanded edge toward an outer surface of the forming mold; and applying an external force to the bent edge to form a flange, the flange having a linearly integrated cross section and being perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the tube. With this configuration, it is possible to bend the tube to form the flange at a uniform thickness.

摘要: The profile shape of the vessel body and of handle portion is formed from a single sheet of metal to create a flat by cutting, stamping or blanking. An opening is created in the handle portion to reduce heat propagation. The shape of the pan body is formed by spinning with the flat handle portion. The handle is formed by creating three-dimensional contours in the handle portion of the blank. The neck portion has a flat section adjacent the pan body followed by sections of different curvature. One section of the neck portion has a deeply curved cross-section. That neck portion transitions to the hand grip portion which has a reduced curvature, particularly toward the unattached end of the handle. The neck portion may have a “W” cross sectional shape. The handle grip portion may have a “U” shaped cross-section for comfort.
