The bin defines a chamber to receive the spent grease from the machine and has a front end, a rear end, a front wall arranged at the front end of the bin, and a base extending obliquely and rearwardly from the front wall to the rear end. The outlet conduit extends outwardly from the front wall to facilitate a removal of the spent grease from the bin.

摘要： An apparatus according to which a power end of a reciprocating pump assembly includes a block having bores formed therethrough, and crossheads disposed in the bores and adapted to reciprocate therein. A lubrication pump is in fluid communication with the bores. The pump is operable to pump lubrication fluid into each of the bores so that the crossheads are lubricated as they reciprocate within their respective bores. In another aspect, a power end includes a crosshead block and a power frame connected thereto, the frame including rib plates and supporting the crosshead block. In yet another aspect, a method includes casting a crosshead block; fabricating rib plates; connecting the rib plates to form a frame; and connecting the cast crosshead block to the frame. In some embodiments, the power ends may be used in oilfield operations such as, for example, the cementing, acidizing, or fracturing of a subterranean wellbore.

摘要： A vent valve for an actuator disposed in a lubricant reservoir includes a bore extending through the plate, a seal disposed within the bore proximate a top surface of the plate, a retaining member extending about a lower opening of the bore, and a ball disposed within the bore between the seal and the retaining member. The vent valve is configured to allow air to pass from a lower portion of a lubricant reservoir as lubricant fills the lower portion. The vent valve also allows air to pass to the lower portion of the lubricant reservoir as lubricant is dispensed from the reservoir. The vent valve closes when the lubricant level reaches the vent valve, thereby preventing lubricant from flowing through the vent valve. The sealed vent valve allows the actuator to rise in response to a rising lubricant level.

摘要： A liquid distributing valve includes a housing, an oil supply passage, an oil storage valve and a two-position three-way valve. The oil storage valve is separated into an oil storage chamber and an oil pressing chamber by a piston, and the oil storage chamber is in communication with an oil discharge port and has a spring pressing against the piston. The two-position three-way valve includes a valve body cavity having an oil inlet in communication with the oil supply passage, a valve core and a valve seat having a core hole in communication with the oil storage chamber via a bypass oil passage. When the valve core is at one position, the oil inlet is blocked off, and the oil pressing chamber is in communication with the oil storage chamber. When the valve core is at another position, the core hole is blocked off, lubricant enters the oil inlet.

A first pump is provided for pumping lubricant from the reservoir through a first main line to a lubricant distribution system. A second pump is provided for pumping lubricant from the reservoir through a second main line to the lubricant distribution system. During a first stage of operation, the first pump operates to pump lubricant from the reservoir through the first main line to the lubricant distribution system and the second pump is idle, the second main line venting back to the reservoir via the second pump.
