摘要: A photovoltaic power plant system for power generation, comprising one or more photovoltaic clusters and one or more modular multilevel converters. Each photovoltaic cluster includes a number of photovoltaic strings connected to one or more MPPT DC/DC, converters connected to a common LVDC, bus. Each photovoltaic cluster includes a DC/DC converter including an input connected to the LVDC bus, and an output connected to a MVDC collection grid. Each of the one or more modular multilevel converters includes an input connected to the one or more photovoltaic clusters via the MVDC collection grid and an output connected to a transmission grid.

摘要: A control unit distributes a motor voltage vector corresponding to an output request for a motor to a first and a second inverter voltage vectors associated with outputs from a first inverter and a second inverter, and determines whether a switching condition for three-phase-on mode is satisfied. Determining that the switching condition is satisfied, the control unit switches to three-phase-on mode in which every high-side switching element or every low-side switching element of one inverter is turned on and one end of a coil in each phase of the motor is brought into common connection, and the control unit drives the motor with an output from the other inverter. Herein, the switching condition for three-phase-on mode includes failure of one inverter and an inverter voltage vector of an output from one inverter being approximate to 0 when neither of the inverters fails.

摘要: Apparatuses and systems enable power transfer from one or more energy sources to one or more loads. The input power from the energy sources may be unregulated, and the output power to the loads is managed. The power transfer is based on a dynamic implementation of Jacobi's Law (also known as the Maximum Power Theorem). In some embodiments, the energy sources are selectively coupled and decoupled from the power transfer circuitry. In some embodiments, the loads are selectively coupled and decoupled from the power transfer circuitry. Power transfer to the loads is dynamically controlled.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes providing, in a housing, an insulating substrate having a metal pattern, a semiconductor chip, a sinter material applied on the semiconductor chip, and a terminal, providing multiple granular sealing resins supported by a grid provided in the housing, heating an inside of the housing until a temperature thereof reaches a first temperature higher than a room temperature and thereby discharging a vaporized solvent of the sinter material out of the housing via a gap of the grid and a gap of the sealing resins, and heating the inside of the housing until the temperature thereof reaches a second temperature higher than the first temperature and thereby causing the melted sealing resins to pass the gap of the grid and form a resin layer covering the semiconductor chip.

摘要: A method for operating a power factor correction (PFC) circuit of an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) apparatus is provided. The PFC circuit includes two T-type converters, and each of the T-type converters includes four switching tubes. The method includes: converting AC input voltage into a positive bus voltage across a first capacitor and a negative bus voltage across a second capacitor that is connected in series with the first capacitor when the UPS apparatus is operated under a normal supply mode; and controlling conduction states of the switching tubes of the T-type converters to balance the positive bus voltage and the negative bus voltage when the UPS apparatus is operated under a battery supply mode.
