    Abstract: Disclosed is an on board equipment (OBE) misbehavior detection method of a vehicle to everything (V2X) communication device. An OBE misbehavior detection method of a V2X communication device, according to one embodiment of the disclosure, comprises the steps of: transmitting a beacon including information associated with a misbehavior inspection zone (MIZ); receiving a report on a possible MV-OBE; transmitting a warning message to a suspected MV-OBE; and receiving a response message for the warning message from the suspected MV-OBE within a valid response time or when the response message is not received within the valid response time, transmitting a report on the suspected MV-OBE to a security system.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a broadcast signal transmitting method. The broadcast signal transmitting method according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: generating low level signaling, LLS, information; encapsulating the LLS information into an IP packet; and generating a signal frame by physical layer processing the LLS information. The LLS information may comprise comprises LLS ID information identifying a type of the LLS information and the type of the LLS information may comprise at least one of EA information providing information related to emergency alert and screen clear information providing information related to screen clear.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a V2I message transmission method for a V2X communication device. The V2I message transmission method according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: generating a V2I message for providing V2I services, i.e., services between vehicles and infrastructure, wherein the V2I message includes a first container, which includes information commonly used for the V2I services, and a second container, which includes information used for a particular V2I service; subjecting the V2I message to network/transport layer processing; and generating a V2I message frame by subjecting the V2I message packet to physical layer processing. Herein, the first container may include message ID information indicating the identifier of the V2I message, event ID information indicating the identifier of an event, and reference position information indicating a first reference position related to the event.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for supporting hybrid broadcasting in a digital broadcasting system. The present invention provides an apparatus for receiving a broadcast content via one or more networks. The apparatus comprises a broadcast network interface for receiving a broadcast stream including a first portion of the broadcast content via a broadcast network; a heterogeneous network interface for receiving a heterogeneous stream including a second portion of the broadcast content via a heterogeneous network; and wherein the broadcast stream further includes timeline reference signaling information containing metadata for synchronizing streams transmitted via the one or more networks, and wherein the timeline reference signaling information includes at least one timeline reference information reconstituting timeline of at least one of the broadcast stream and the heterogeneous stream, a processor for configuring the broadcast content using the broadcast stream and the heterogeneous stream based on the timeline reference signaling information. The present invention is effective in easily synchronizing transport streams transmitted through each of heterogeneous networks.
