    摘要: A shaping mold for the production of ultra-thin shaped rubber articles, has a main body which is dipped into a latex liquid so as to make the latex adhered to the surface of the main body. The adhered latex is heat-dried to form an ultra-thin shaped rubber article over the surface. The mold is such that at least the surface of its main body is made of an amorphous carbon and that its bottom part is fitted with electrifying electrodes and has therebetween a heating area to be heated by resistance heating due to its electrification. The same shaping mold can be used from its dipping step through the inspecting step of inspecting the shaped article as adhered to the surface of the mold. In the heat-drying step of the method, the shaped article as adhered to the surface of the shaping mold is heated and dried from the inside of the mold with preventing as much as possible formation of pin holes in the shaped article.

    摘要: A process for producing polyisocyanurate foam which comprises reacting an organic polyisocyanate with a polyol and water in the presence of a halogen-free aliphatic phosphoric ester having a molecular weight of 140 to 270 and a trimerization catalyst. Polyisocyanurate foams having good adhesion to membrane such as paper, iron, aluminium, plywood and the like can be obtained without use of an volatile blowing agent such as CFCs, HCFCs and HFCs and even at low density according to the present process.

    摘要: The present invention provides a process for producing a polycarbodiimide resin from an aliphatic diisocyanate and a terminal-blocking agent in the presence of a carbodiimidization catalyst, wherein the aliphatic diisocyanate is tetramethylxylylene diisocyanate represented by the following formula ##STR1## and polymerization is conducted using no solvent. The polycarbodiimide resin obtained by the above process has good storage stability and excellent miscibility with organic solvents.

    摘要: A solenoid valve comprising a housing having at least one cavity, a core assembly including a body, a sleeve attached to the body, and an armature assembly sliding in the sleeve. A core assembly is mounted in at least one cavity of the housing having a lower portion of the body between a side of the body exposed to atmosphere and a side exposed to fluid pressure in use being affixed to the housing by a primary caulking joint inside the cavity and a secondary caulking joint at a mouth of the housing cavity. A coil assembly is mounted on an exterior of38 the core assembly magnetically influencing the armature assembly. The primary caulking joint is formed between a pressure acting surface of the cavity of the housing and a primary sealing groove on the body. The primary caulking joint can be formed by inserting the body into the cavity; and then pressing the body further into the cavity, the pressure-acting surface pressing on a portion of the material of the housing causing the pressed-material to undergo plastic deformation and flow and mold into the primary sealing groove. The secondary caulking joint is formed by a lip of the cavity at the mouth and a ridge on the body.
