Abstract:
An array structure, which includes a TFT, a passivation layer, a pixel electrode, a first connecting layer and a first spacer is provided. The TFT includes a gate, a source and a drain. The passivation layer overlays the TFT. The pixel electrode is located on the passivation layer. The first connecting layer is located on the pixel electrode and electrically connected to the pixel electrode and the drain. The first spacer is located on the first connecting layer.
Abstract:
A method for fabricating a silicon-oxide-nitride-oxide-silicon (SONOS) non-volatile memory cell, wherein the method comprises steps as following: a pad oxide layer and a first hard mask layer are sequentially formed on a substrate. The pad oxide layer and the first hard mask layer are then etched through to form an opening exposing a portion of the substrate. Subsequently, an oxide-nitride-oxide (ONO) structure with a size substantially less than or equal to the opening is formed to coincide with the portion of the substrate exposed from the opening.
Abstract:
A thermosetting resin composition includes an epoxy resin, a polyetheramine curing agent, and an epoxy silane coupling agent. The polyetheramine curing agent is in an amount less than or equal to 10 parts by weight and the epoxy silane coupling agent is in an amount more than or equal to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the epoxy resin.
Abstract:
A monitor method and a monitor apparatus for monitoring a data of hardware are provided. The data has private information, identification information and at least one first network transmission address. The monitor apparatus comprises a storage unit and a processing unit. The data is stored in the storage unit according to the identification information. The processing unit is configured to record the identification information and the at least one first network transmission address of the data in a mark information table. In response to a sending system call, when a transmission is arranged to transmit the private information of the data to a second network transmission address which is different from the at least one first network transmission address, the processing unit will output a signal to cease the transmission.
Abstract:
There is provided a liquid-tight slide fastener capable of sufficiently ensuring waterproof property regardless of where fastener elements are formed and capable of sufficiently ensuring attachment strength of the fastener elements to fastener tapes provided with liquid-tight layers. There is also provided a manufacturing method for the liquid-tight slide fastener. The liquid-tight slide fastener includes a pair of fastener tapes that include a pair of tape members, core sections respectively provided on opposing tape edges of the pair of tape members, and liquid-tight layers formed on one side of the pair of tape members; a pair of fastener element rows; and a slider. The liquid-tight layers are formed with gaps to the core sections in a width direction of the fastener tapes. The fastener elements are attached to the core sections.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A monitor device, a monitor method and a computer program product thereof for hardware are disclosed. The hardware comprises a central processing unit (CPU) and a storage module. The monitor device comprises a retrieval module and an analysis module. The retrieval module is configured to retrieve the entry point information of a process before the process is executed, wherein the process comprises at least one instruction from the hardware. The analysis module is configured to retrieve an address corresponding to the process according to the entry point information. When the CPU executes the at least one instruction, the storage module records the at least one instruction according to the address.
Abstract:
An ergonomic inertial positioning system comprises a motion sensor, an angle sensor, and a processor. The motion sensor detects movement of an object. The angle sensor detects angle variation of the heading of the object. The processor determines motion status of the object based on detected data provided by the motion sensor and the angle sensor, and calculates displacement of the object utilizing the detected angle variation thereof based on the motion status.
Abstract:
Read the description file of a PCBA without determining and selecting connectors which might be relevant to boundary scan. The description file of the PCBA determines which pins of the connectors on the PCBA should correspond to the pins of a test I/O module. And use the wiring report generated by an auto test program generator to correspond the pins of the test I/O module to the pins of the connectors which are accessed by boundary scan. Thus the IC of the test I/O module would not have any unused pin between any two consecutive pins wired to the connectors of the PCBA.
