Abstract:
A duct work assembly is coupled to an end of an electronics enclosure that houses one or more heat generating devices, such as electronics servers. The duct work assembly includes individual duct guides that each have a deformable end, which is configured to locally deform around the electrical connection lines extending from the rear of one or more electronics servers. The deformable end can be made of bristles, as in a brush, or foam that includes slits and/or holes.
Abstract:
A cooling system includes a re-configurable duct work assembly for a server rack or other electronics enclosure. Heat generating devices are positioned within the electronics enclosure and heat exchangers are coupled to the heat generating devices via the duct work. The duct work is positioned within a plenum between the back of the electronics servers and the heat exchangers. The interior of the electronics enclosure is conceptually segmented into heat zones. The duct work is used to selectively direct heated air to the heat exchangers. In some embodiments, the heated air output from a single heat zone is directed by the duct work to a corresponding single heat exchanger. In other embodiments, the heated air output from a group of adjacent heat zones is combined within a single duct work guide that directs the combined heated air to a corresponding number of adjacent heat exchangers.
Abstract:
Methods and apparatus to support the execution of a managed application that is linked to a native library or application are disclosed. The disclosed methods and apparatus support a virtual machine that is associated with the same ISA as the executing platform, while the ISA of the native library or application is of a different ISA. The disclosed methods and apparatus also support the execution of a managed application that is linked with several native libraries or applications that are associated with several different ISAs respectively.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to a system and method for visualizing information, e.g., information regarding a sporting event. The method may comprise identifying an event type and generating a plurality of buttons, the plurality of buttons arranged in a button hierarchy. A first level of the button hierarchy comprising one or more first level buttons is displayed with a lens further displayed on a given one of the one or more first level buttons, the lens operative to present first level data for the given first level button.
Abstract:
A fluid compensation apparatus is configured to provide replacement fluid to a fluid-based cooling loop, while removing dissolved gas or gas in gross bubbles from the cooling loop. Removal or reduction of gas from the cooling loop reduces or prevents pump vapor lock. The removed gas is retained within the fluid compensation apparatus. The fluid compensation apparatus is configured to prevent the trapped gas from being re-introduced to the fluid-based cooling loop, regardless of the orientation of the fluid compensation apparatus. Additionally, the fluid compensation apparatus is configured to remove gas from and add fluid to the cooling loop with limited or no pressure drop between the inlet port and the outlet port of the fluid compensation apparatus. As a result, the pump does not require additional power to compensate for such a pressure differential.
Abstract:
An image sensor package structure includes a substrate having an upper surface, which is formed with equal amount of the first electrodes arranged at the each side of the upper surface, each the first electrode of the adjacent side of the substrate is corresponding electrically connected each other, so that the signal from one side of the substrate may be transmitted the adjacent side, the each side of the lower surface of the substrate is formed with second electrodes, each side of the second electrodes is less than the each side of the first electrodes of the upper surface, then the second electrode is electrically connected to the first electrode, so that the signal from the first electrode may be directly transmitted to the second electrode and through adjacent one side of the first electrode transmitted to the second electrode. A frame layer is arranged at the upper surface of the substrate. A chip is mounted at the upper surface of the substrate a, at least one side of the chip is formed with bonding pads, which are equal or not many than the first electrodes of the one side of the substrate. Wires are electrically connected the pads of the chip to the first electrodes of the substrate. A transparent layer is covered on the frame layer to encapsulate the chip.
Abstract:
A hair dryer stand for a handheld hair dryer includes a base and a holder pivotally mounted on the base. The base has a top face, two parallel ears protruding from the top face and two fastening assemblies. The holder has two curved sides and a space. The curved sides are formed together to form the space between the curved sides so the holder is able to clamp a hair dryer. The curved sides also have pivot pins with threaded holes, which are mounted respectively in the ears on the base and held in place by the fastener assemblies. The angle of a hair dryer mounted in the holder can be adjusted relative to the base to accommodate a specific person so that the person is able to use the hair dryer without holding it.
Abstract:
A personal care absorbent article, such as a sanitary pad or napkin, wound dressing, and the like having one or more layers of absorbent material treated with a red blood cell lysing agent and a gelling agent. The effect of combining a lysing agent that thins menses or other blood-containing bodily fluids with a gelling agent that thickens menses or other blood-containing bodily fluids is enhanced agglomeration and increased viscosity of the blood-containing bodily fluids that come in contact with the treated material.
Abstract:
A foldable two seat face-to-face tandem baby carriage includes a pair of wheeled front legs, a pair of wheeled rear legs, and, two pairs of horizontal longitudinal bars extending between the legs. A U-shaped push handle connects pivotally with the rear of the upper bars, and the free ends of the push handle substantially abut the rear legs about midway along the length. Locking means interengage the push handle with the legs in the extended position and bars in the horizontal position to provide a tandem seating construction with seats and backrests facing each other. Folding is effected when the backrests are parallel and an additional locking slot is provided in a support for anchoring the forward backrest in the parallel position. Release of the lock by foot pressure on a transverse bar extending between the rear legs causes the push handle to move downwardly and forwardly and the two legs to collapse and fold towards each other to be substantially parallel with the push handle in the folded position. The two sets of parallel longitudinal bars collapse to be substantially parallel and towards each other in the folded position. A single action permits folding and unfolding of the tandem carriage.
Abstract:
A foldable tandem seat baby carriage including a pair of wheeled front legs, a pair of wheeled rear legs, and, in the operative position, two pairs of horizontal longitudinal bars extending between the legs. A U-shaped push handle connects pivotally with the rear of the upper bars, and the free ends of the push handle substantially abut the rear legs about midway along their length. Locking means interengage the push handle with the rear legs in the extended position and bars in the horizontal position to provide tandem multiple seat construction. Release of the lock by foot pressure on a transverse bar extending between the rear legs causes the push handle to move downwardly and forwardly and the two legs to collapse and fold towards each other to be substantially parallel with the push bar in the folded position. The two pairs of parallel longitudinal bars collapse to be substantially parallel towards each other in the folded position. A single action thereby permits folding of the tandem carriage into the folded position. From a folded position, a similar single action provides unfolding to the extended position.
