    摘要: A method and system for extracting motion-based layers from fluoroscopic image sequences are disclosed. Portions of multiple objects, such as anatomical structures, are detected in the fluoroscopic images. Motion of the objects is estimated between the images is the sequence of fluoroscopic images. The images in the fluoroscopic image sequence are then divided into layers based on the estimated motion. In a particular implementation, the coronary vessel tree and the diaphragm can be extracted in separate motion layers from coronary angiograph fluoroscopic image sequence.

    摘要: A method for evaluating gate dielectrics (100) includes providing a test structure (101). The test structure includes a gate stack that includes a gate electrode on a gate dielectric on a substrate, and at least one diffusion region diffused in the substrate including a portion below the gate stack and a portion beyond the gate stack. Pre-stress off-state I-V testing (102) is performed on the test structure to obtain pre-stress I-V test data, wherein the pre-stress off-state I-V testing includes a first measurement involving the gate electrode, the substrate and the diffusion region, a second measurement involving the gate electrode and the substrate with the diffusion region floating, and a third measurement involving the gate electrode and the diffusion region with the substrate floating. The test structure is then stressed (103) including electrically stressing for a time (t). Following the stressing, post-stress I-V testing is performed (104) wherein the first, second and third measurements are repeated to obtain post-stress I-V test data. The gate dielectric is evaluated (105) from the pre-stress and post-stress I-V test data.

    摘要: The present invention generally relates to quality system or quality assurance (QA) programs, and more particularly, to a system and method to supplement an ISO 9001-2000 quality assurance program to comply with at least one of nuclear power plant government regulation requirements and standards organization requirements. A method is implemented in a computer infrastructure having computer executable code tangibly embodied on a computer readable storage medium having programming instructions. The programming instructions are operable to perform a gap analysis of an organization's ISO quality assurance (QA) program to determine a gap between requirements of the organization's ISO QA program and at least one of nuclear power plant government regulation requirements and standards organization requirements. Additionally, the program instructions are operable to create a revised ISO QA program by at least one of supplementing and revising the organization's ISO QA program to bridge the gap, such that the revised ISO QA program is compliant with the at least one of the nuclear power plant government regulation requirements and the standards organization requirements.
