    摘要: Various aspects disclosed herein disclose mesocapsules that include active ingredients such as agriculturally active ingredients including various fungicides, insecticides, miticides, herbicides, safeners and modifiers of plant physiology or structure. These mesocapsules are comprised of a polyurea shell and include hydrophilic groups on their surfaces. These mesocapsules have a volume-average diameter of about 500 nm or less and some of them have a volume-average diameter on the order of about 300 nm or less. These mesocapsules are especially well suited for delivering active ingredients that are not very soluble in water, many of these compounds have solubility values in the range of 1,000 ppm or less. Methods for making these mesocapsules include interfacial polycondensation reactions carried out in the presence of surfactants such as sodium dodecyl sulfate and another method in which all or most of the surfactant is replaced by adding amino acids to the aqueous phase of the interfacial reaction mixture before forming the final emulsion.

    摘要: A device, system, and method are directed towards optimizing a security apparatus within a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Performance data is gathered for the SOA. A plurality of queuing performance models are generated based on a plurality of components comprising a user land, a kernel, and a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The generation may be based on an incremental online training based on the gathered data, on a simulation based on the gathered data, on a probability distribution function, on an operational law, or the like. Derivative points are determined based on the plurality of queuing performance models. The derivative points are maximized by tuning at least one parameter of the user land, at least one parameter of the kernel, and/or at least one parameter of the CPU within at least another simulation and/or increment of the online training. The security apparatus is optimized based on the at least one parameters.

The invention provides an inexpensive natural fiber having wide applications in the textile industry. The fiber has a similar performance to bast fiber, higher intensity than cotton fiber, and may be blended with other natural fiber, man-made fibers and recycled fiber to form fiber yarn for various purposes. This method changes waste into a commodity, and brings about economic and social benefits.

In another embodiment, a method of using Bragg diffraction for detection and monitoring partitioning of macromolecules in the voids comprised in a porous medium comprising a crystalline colloidal array of voids which are much larger than the mean pore size of the medium.
