    Abstract: A method of fabricating semiconductor devices using dual damascene processes to form plugs in the via holes composed of various high etch materials and bottom anti-reflection coating (BARC) materials. After via hole etch, a layer of high etch rate plug material is spin coated to fill the via holes. Next, a layer of photoresist is applied. The photoresist is then exposed through a mask and developed to form an etch opening. Using the remaining photoresist as an etch mask and with a bottom anti-reflection coating (BARC) as protection, the oxide or low k layer is etched to form subsequent wiring. The etch step is known as a damascene etch step. The remaining photoresist is removed and the trench/via openings are filled with metal forming inlaid metal interconnect wiring and contact vias.

    Abstract: A fin-shaped antenna apparatus for vehicle ratio application is electrically connected to a wireless receiver circuit and receives a radio signal.     Abstract: A security system includes a data storage device in which data or other information to be protected is stored. The data storage device, control logic, and other components are contained in a sealed first inner housing. The data storage device stores the data to be protected. The first inner housing is contained within a sealed second inner housing by a plurality of support structures which create an interstitial volume surrounding the first inner enclosure. Both inner housings are contained within an outer housing. A vacuum is created in the interstitial volume between the two inner housings. Both inner housings are sealed thereby precluding air from entering the interstitial volume and defeating the vacuum. One or more pressure sensors monitor the vacuum pressure. If an attempt is made to access the first inner housing, by drilling through the second inner housing or otherwise defeating the second inner housing's seal, the pressure of the interstitial volume will change. Logic coupled to the pressure sensor detects the change in pressure, determines that a security breach has occurred or is occurring and initiates a response to secure the data from theft or tampering. The security response includes erasing the protected data or destroying the data storage device itself prevent access to the data.

    Abstract: An automatic corner lift-off apparatus for a polarizer of a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel is disclosed, which is suitable for use in a process of removing a polarizer during manufacturing of an LCD panel and comprises: a front clip, comprising a long arm and a short arm which intersect with each other to substantially form an “L” shape; a back clip, spaced apart from the front clip and being capable of cooperating with the front clip to perform a clipping action; and at least one sensor disposed on the front clip or the back clip, being configured to sense whether the polarizer has been successfully lifted off.
