A method of manufacturing a semiconductor memory device comprises forming a plurality of gate lines on a semiconductor substrate, forming an insulating layer on the gate lines, and performing a cleaning process using a surfactant-free cleaning solution having a viscosity of lower than 2 cP and an acidity of lower than 3 pH to remove residue from the surface of the insulating layer.
Abstract:
There is provided a fabrication method for an AA stacked graphene-diamond hybrid material by converting, through a high temperature treatment on diamond, a diamond surface into graphene. According to the present invention, if various types of diamond are maintained at a certain temperature having a stable graphene phase (approximately greater than 1200° C.) in a hydrogen gas atmosphere, two diamond {111} lattice planes are converted into one graphene plate (2:1 conversion), whereby the diamond surface is converted into graphene in a certain thickness, thus to fabricate the AA stacked graphene-diamond hybrid material.
Abstract:
Provided is an image processing apparatus and method for preventing degradation of image quality occurring when a bit-format of an image is converted. When a raw image is converted to an image having specific color resolution, the image to be converted can maintain an image close to the raw image by obtaining errors between pixels of the raw image and the image to be converted and minimizing the errors between the raw image and the image to be converted using an error diffusion scheme.
Abstract:
Provided relates to a method of a flash memory device, which performs a first rapid thermal oxidation process at a H2 rich atmosphere for recovering an etched damage during a gate forming process, and performs a second rapid thermal oxidation process at the H2 rich atmosphere for ion-activating after performing an ion implantation process for forming a cell transistor junction and a peripheral circuit transistor junction. As a result of those processes, a Si-dangling bond cut off during a gate etching process has a Si—H combination structure and the whole processing time is reduced, and thus an abnormal oxidation caused at an edge of an ONO layer and a tunnel oxide film, which can make it possible to prevent a smiling phenomena of the ONO layer and a bird's beak phenomena of the tunnel oxide film.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a pipeline-type operation method which can reduce idle operations of hardware modules. The pipeline-type operation method for a video processing apparatus including a plurality of hardware modules includes the steps of constructing a plurality of hardware modules according to functions required to process video; arranging the hardware modules according to a sequence of input data flow, and inputting a first predetermined unit of data into a first hardware module from among the arranged hardware modules; transferring processed data from the first hardware module to a second hardware module when the predetermined unit of data inputted into the first hardware module has been processed, and receiving a next predetermined unit of data; repeating the transferring and receiving steps, in which each input data are processed by the hardware modules according to a sequence of the hardware modules, until all of the hardware modules are operated; ions receiving and processing data processed in a previous step by the previous hardware module in a sequence of data flow by each of the hardware modules; and repeating the receiving and processing steps until no predetermined unit data to be inputted remains.

Disclosed is a visual scan method using scan table capable of determining an exact scan method according to blocks in discrete cosine transform (DCT) even in special circumstances, and a discrete cosine transform device employing the same method. The discrete cosine transform device includes: a scan table generation section for accumulatively summing absolute values of the coefficients obtained through a DCT operation, in such a manner that the absolute values in pixels located at the same position of each unit video block in a predetermined video block group are summed together by the predetermined video block group with respect to an input video, and then for generating a scan table according to the magnitudes of the summed absolute values; a bit-rate calculation section for calculating an amount of bits by accumulatively summing only bit lengths of a variable length coding (VLC) table, the VLC table being obtained from the values arranged according to the scan table generated in the scan table generation section; and a scan control section for receiving the input video having been discrete-cosine-transformed, inputting the received video to the scan table generation section to generate a scan table by the predetermined video block group, receiving a value of a bit rate according to generation of the scan table from the bit-rate calculation section, and performing a control operation using capacity increase of the scan table and the bit rate to provide a scan table for scanning according to the scan method.
