The system for providing region-based epidemic disease information comprises: a sensing unit which senses the movement of a mobile communication terminal from a first location to a second location; and a processor linked to the sensing unit which extracts first zone disease information corresponding to the first location from a database, and compares with second zone disease information corresponding to the second location and ensures that the mobile communication terminal is provided with the second zone disease information if, as a result of the comparison, the first zone disease information differs from the second zone disease information.

The one die termination device comprises an on die termination control unit and an on die termination resistor unit and can change the terminal resistance value in accordance with the test signal, so that the terminal resistance can be easily analyzed. The one die termination control unit comprises a resistance control enable signal generating unit and a resistance control signal generating unit and generates at least one resistance increment signal and at least one resistance decrement signal. The on die termination resistor unit comprises a resistor and a plurality of switch units that are connected in parallel and is driven by a driving signal and uses the resistance increment signal and resistance decrement signal to control the on die termination resistance value.

The disclosed antenna may include: a first conducting member electrically connected to a feeding point; a second conducting member placed at a designated distance from at least a portion of the first conducting member so as to allow a first electromagnetic coupling with at least a portion of the first conducting member, and remaining in a floating state without being coupled to a ground and the feeding point; a third conducting member placed at a designated distance from the second conducting member so as to allow a second electromagnetic coupling with the second conducting member, and electrically connected to the ground; and a fourth conducting member extending from the third conducting member, for radiating RF signals. The disclosed antenna has the advantage of providing broadband characteristics within a limited size.

    摘要： A small broadband monopole antenna having a perpendicular ground plane with an electromagnetically coupled feed is provided. The small broadband monopole antenna may be realized as a small antenna having a size of 0.085λ0×0.085λ0×0.085λ0 by positioning a folded strip line under a shorted square disc. A resonance of the shorted square disc may be coupled to a resonance of the square folded strip line so as to form a wide bandwidth of about 36.6% of a central frequency of 2.313 GHz based on a VSWR≦2. Also, rectangular slits may be inserted into the perpendicular ground plane to improve a distortion of a radiation pattern that forms on the perpendicular ground plane so as to reduce a backward radiation by 3 dBi or more. The small broadband monopole antenna exhibits a forward radiation pattern similar to that of a general monopole antenna and has a gain of about 2.6 dBi within a bandwidth.

The antenna includes a first conductive element connected electrically to a first ground, a second conductive element connected electrically to a feeding part, and spaced from the first conductive element by a certain distance, a third conductive element extending from the first conductive element and configured to output a RF signal, an end point of the third conductive element being coupled to a second ground. Here, the first conductive element and the second conductive element have a certain length so that a travelling wave is generated and enough coupling is provided. The antenna provides wide band characteristics while maintaining a low profile structure. The frequency characteristics of the antenna are not changed significantly due to external factors such as hand effect and head effect.
