At least one rolling element is disposed between the ends of the rolling elements accommodation belt, a cantilever-shaped elastically deformable projection is provided on an end face of the spacer situated at the end of the rolling elements accommodation belt, the projection projects from an inner circumferential side towards an outer circumferential side of the rolling element circulation path and the projection is inclined relative to an external end face of the spacer at the end of the rolling elements accommodation belt.

    摘要: A method for verifying scan precision of a laser measurement machine includes the steps of: preparing a transparent flat, of which the flatness of each plane is regarded as a flatness conventional true value; determining an optimum scanning mode; determining optimum scanning parameters under the optimum scanning mode; scanning the transparent flat under the optimum scanning mode and the optimum scanning parameters for certain times, and obtaining measuring data; calculating a plurality of flatness values using the measuring data; calculating an average value and a standard deviation of the flatness values, and a bias between the average value and the flatness conventional true value; evaluating the repetitiveness of the laser measurement machine according to the standard deviation; and evaluating the veracity of the laser measurement machine according to the bias.

    摘要: A sheet of brittle material, such as glass, flat or bowed, is separated along a score line by applying vibration energy through a probe into previously scored sheet material. The separation time is less than 1 second with smooth edge quality. The brittle material can be in the form of a moving ribbon of glass sheet, where a vibrational load is applied transverse to the score line to enhance crack propagation along the score line. A controller operates the probe at selected vibration frequencies, amplitudes, contact velocities, contact forces of impact, alignment with the score line, and the like, depending on material properties and structure, and depending on optimal process parameters.
