    摘要: Disclosed is an X-ray detector and a method of manufacturing the X-ray detector. A cushion layer is interposed between a scintillator panel for converting X-rays into visual light and a lower substrate formed with a thin film transistor, a photoelectric conversion device. Thus, the lower substrate and the scintillator panel can be bonded to each other such that no air layer can be introduced between the lower substrate and the scintillator panel. Therefore, no air layer is introduced, and thus, it is possible to prevent the efficiency of light incident to the photoelectric conversion device from being lowered. Further, the cushion layer is employed such that the lower substrate and the scintillator panel can be separated and reused.

    摘要: In a method of manufacturing an LCD device, an atomic beam is irradiated onto a thin film including a carbon-carbon double bond to form a polarized functional group by transforming the carbon-carbon double bond into a carbon-carbon single bond and a radical state. Then, a polarity preserving material is combined with the polarized functional group so as to preserve a polarity of the polarized functional group. According to the present invention, the alignment film is formed on the thin film transistor unit cell and on the color filter unit cell by a non-contact method. Therefore, time of forming the alignment film is reduced and alignment of the liquid crystal molecules is improved.

    摘要: In a method of transforming light, an optical film for performing the method and a display device having the optical film, an optical film includes an anisotropic film, an isotropic film, a λ/4 phase difference film and a λ/2 phase difference film. The anisotropic film having a first refractive index with respect to a first ray and a second refractive index with respect to a second ray. A refractive index of the isotropic film is substantially identical to the first refractive index. The λ/4 phase difference film delays wavelengths of the first and second rays by about λ/4. The λ/2 phase difference film delays the wavelength of the second ray by about λ/2.
