摘要: To obtain an air-conditioner apparatus that can achieve energy-saving without making refrigerant circulate up to an indoor unit and whose construction work is easy. A refrigeration cycle is configured by connecting a compressor, a four-way valve, a heat source side heat exchanger, expansion valves, and intermediate heat exchangers by piping. A heat medium circulation circuit is configured by connecting intermediate heat exchangers, pumps, and use side heat exchangers by piping. The outdoor unit that is installed in a space such as outdoors of the building and accommodates the compressor, the four-way valve, and the heat source side heat exchanger, and the relay unit that is installed in a non-subject space which is different from an indoor space and is on a installation floor separated by two or more floors and accommodates the expansion valves, the pump, and intermediate heat exchangers are connected by two pipelines. The relay unit and an indoor unit that accommodates use side heat exchangers and is installed at a position where an indoor space can be air-conditioned are connected by two pipelines from outside of the wall which is a partition between inside and outside of the room.

It is characterized in that a compressor 10 and a heat source side heat exchanger 12 are accommodated in a heat source apparatus 1, an intermediate heat exchanger 15 and a pump 21 in a relay unit 3, a use side heat exchanger 26 in an indoor unit 2, respectively, and when a controller 60 makes the compressor 10 stop based on the thermo-off due to decrease in the heat load in the use side heat exchanger 26 or an operation stop instruction, the controller 60 makes the pump 21 stop after the compressor 10 is stopped or almost at the same time as the stop.

摘要: To obtain a refrigeration air conditioning system having a dehumidifying function by means of a moisture adsorption means, allowing the moisture adsorption means to be regenerated by use of discharged condensation heat or other discharged heat of a low temperature range in the refrigeration cycle, and exerting stable cooling performance even at a dry-bulb temperature of 0° C. or less.A desiccant rotor 1, being a moisture adsorption means, is made to hold an adsorbent having pore sizes of 5 μm or less, more preferably 20 nm or less, and furthermore preferably 1-1.4 nm in a space at a predetermined temperature range of a dry-bulb temperature of 0° C. or less. Forming of frost on an evaporator 20d is prevented by supplying the air dehumidified by the desiccant rotor 1 to the evaporator 20d disposed on the leeward side thereof in a freezing room as the desiccant rotor 1 is rotated, while the adsorbent having adsorbed moisture is made dried and made to recover its adsorbing ability by supplying the air dried by discharged heat from a condenser 20b disposed on the windward side thereof to the desiccant rotor 1 at the outside of the freezing room.

A refrigeration cycle is configured by connecting a compressor that pressurizes a refrigerant, a four-way valve that switches a circulation path of the refrigerant, a heat source side heat exchanger that performs heat exchange, expansion valves for pressure-adjusting the refrigerant, and a plurality of intermediate heat exchangers that performs heat exchange between the refrigerant and the heat medium to heat and cool the heat medium, with piping. A heat medium circuit is configured by connecting intermediate heat exchangers, pumps that pressurize the heat medium, and a plurality of use side heat exchangers that perform heat exchange between the heat medium and the air in the indoor space, with piping.

摘要: An air-conditioning apparatus uses R32, a refrigerant mixture containing R32 and HFO1234yf in which R32 has a mass percentage of 40% or higher, or a refrigerant mixture containing R32 and HFO1234ze in which R32 has a mass percentage of 15% or higher, as a heat-source refrigerant. The air-conditioning apparatus includes a low-pressure shell-structure compressor, a first flow switching valve, a heat-source-side heat exchanger, first flow control devices, and plural use-side heat exchangers connected by refrigerant pipes, forming a refrigeration cycle. The compressor includes a compression chamber within a sealed container including an opening extending between inside and outside of the sealed container. The air-conditioning apparatus can perform only a heating at the use-side heat exchangers, only a cooling at the use-side heat exchangers, and a mixed cooling and heating in a mixed fashion at the use-side heat exchangers.
