摘要: A ventilation or air-conditioning device includes a first component for generating heat or cold, a programmer second component, a power supply circuit shared by the first and second components, and a controller for the power supply circuit. The first and the second components cooperate to output air at a selected temperature. The device includes a relay for cutting off the supply of power to the first component. The relay is activated separately from the controller, and is arranged in the circuit such that the supply of power to the second component is independent of the state of activation of the relay.

摘要: A cascaded control system configured to modify an environmental condition of a building includes a valve configured to regulate a flow of a fluid through a conduit, an actuator including a motor and a drive device, and a communications mechanism. The communications mechanism is configured to receive a flow rate setpoint from an external control device of an outer control loop. The cascaded control system further includes a processing circuit coupled to the motor and the communications mechanism. The processing circuit is configured to determine an actuator position setpoint using a cascaded feedback control mechanism based on the flow rate setpoint and a flow rate measurement from a flow rate sensor of an inner control loop and to operate the motor to drive the drive device to the actuator position setpoint.

摘要: An air conditioning system includes an outdoor unit, indoor units, a controller that controls the outdoor unit, and an equipment controller. The equipment controller stores a set lower limit value that is set to maintain a pressure difference between the high pressure and the low pressure in the outdoor unit at a predetermined value or greater. The lower limit value is set to be smaller as a minimum cooling capacity increases. The minimum cooling capacity is the minimum value of a cooling capacity of an indoor unit arrangement formed by the indoor units. When starting a cooling operation, the equipment controller determines whether or not to perform pressure difference control for limiting decreases in the pressure difference of the outdoor unit based on whether or not the temperature of water flowing into the outdoor unit is less than the set lower limit value.

摘要: A method for heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems is described. In one embodiment, the method includes measuring a temperature of a first room of a building via a first thermometer placed in the first room and measuring a temperature of a second room of the building via a second thermometer placed in the second room and receiving the temperature of the first room via a first data communication device communicatively coupled to a first HVAC register in the first room and receiving the temperature of the second room via a second data communication device communicatively coupled to a second HVAC register in the second room. In some cases, the first data communication device is configured to communicate data between the first thermometer and a central automation controller and the second data communication device is configured to communicate data between the second thermometer and the central automation controller.

摘要: A method of controlling a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) system includes measuring an ambient temperature and determining whether the ambient temperature is below a threshold temperature value. Responsive to a determination that the ambient temperature is below the threshold temperature value, measuring a condenser-fan cycle time of the HVAC system and setting a speed of the compressor based on the measured condenser-fan cycle time.
