    Abstract: A power control method includes determining priorities of uplink transmission and sidelink transmission, where the uplink transmission is used to transmit uplink information by a first terminal device to a network device, and the sidelink transmission is used to transmit sidelink information by the first terminal device to a second terminal device; determining target information that is in the sidelink information and that overlaps with the uplink information in time domain in a scheduling time unit; determining transmit powers of the uplink information and the target information based on the target information and the priorities of the uplink transmission and the sidelink transmission; and sending the uplink information based on the transmit power of the uplink information, or sending the target information based on the transmit power of the target information.

    Abstract: Example channel transmission methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes determining search spaces of at least two downlink control channels by a first network device. The first network device separately determines in the search spaces resources occupied by the at least two downlink control channels. Resource scheduled by the at least two downlink control channels belong to one carrier. The first network device obtains the at least two downlink control channels by using the resources. With the embodiments of the present invention, data on one carrier can be scheduled through a plurality of downlink control channels.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to transmission methods, terminals, and network devices. One example method includes receiving, by a terminal, a plurality of pieces of downlink control information (DCI), where the DCI includes at least first trigger information that is in a one-to-one correspondence with the DCI, and the first trigger information is used to indicate, to the terminal, at least one of a resource used by a first reference signal or sending processing of the first reference signal, determining, by the terminal, target first trigger information from a plurality of pieces of first trigger information, and performing, by the terminal and based on the target first trigger information, sending processing on the first reference signal.

    Abstract: A method for measuring and feeding back channel state information and a device is provided. The method includes: sending, by a first network side device, channel state information (CSI) measurement configuration information to user equipment, where the CSI measurement configuration information includes coordination indication information indicating that the first network side device and at least one second network side device are in a coordination relationship, receiving, by the user equipment, the CSI measurement configuration information from the first network side device, performing measurement based on the CSI measurement configuration information, and feeding back at least one group of CSI to the first network side device based on the measurement configuration information. Accuracy of fed back content and further facilitating scheduling of a base station is improved.

The method includes the steps of: receiving, by the terminal device, configuration information, where the configuration information is used to instruct the terminal device to jointly report channel state information (CSI) for at least two groups of channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) resources; receiving, by the terminal device, CSI-RSs carried on the at least two groups of CSI-RS resources; and jointly reporting, by the terminal device, CSI based on a result of measuring the CSI-RSs carried on the at least two groups of CSI-RS resources.     Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method and apparatus for determining a transport block size. The method includes: obtaining a target overhead value based on a target time-frequency resource and one or more of at least two overhead values, where the target time-frequency resource is used for uplink data transmission or downlink data transmission and includes one or more time-frequency resource units, and each overhead value is corresponding to at least one time-frequency resource unit; and determining a transport block size based on the target overhead value. It can be learned that, according to the method and apparatus for determining a transport block size provided in the embodiments of this application, a corresponding target overhead value may be determined for each of different target time-frequency resources. This is not only applicable to a scenario in which a dynamic time-frequency resource is scheduled, but also improves accuracy of determining the transport block size. Therefore, transmission performance is improved.
