    摘要: In this invention there is provided a pouring vessel of the squeezable, delaminated bottle type, which can be squeezed smoothly to the last moment of discharge operation so that little content remains in the vessel. The vessel or container of a delaminated bottle type comprises the outer shell layer that forms a squeezable outer container and the inner layer that forms an inner container for receiving its content inside and capable of being deflated and deformed inward with the decrease in inner pressure; and the container is also provided with a discharge cap. In this configuration, a pair of vertically extending adhesive resin strips is formed by adhering the outer shell layer and the inner layer over the roughly entire height of the container. The relationship of the peripheral length between the two adhesive resin strips to the width of each strip is determined to give such a range that the inner container can be almost completely deflated and deformed. In the case of the container having the body of an elliptical shape, the adhesive resin strips are disposed at both ends of the long axis of the body, axisymmetrically on the central axis, with each strip being divided by the long axis into right and left parts having different lengths in the width direction.

    摘要: A manually operable atomizer of a type adapted to pressurizing the liquid to be atomized by a pumping action of a piston, upon depression of the latter through an atomizing head, the liquid has been sucked up from a container, and atomizing the pressurized liquid from a nozzle. The atomizer has a flange annexed to a cylinder which is adapted to cooperate with the piston in performing the pumping action, a connecting member secured to a neck opening portion of the container and adapted to hold the flange and a holding member opposing to the connecting member and adapted to hold the flange, so that the atomizing mechanism including the piston and the cylinder are stably held on the container. The holding member is so shaped as to surround the connecting member, thereby to prevent any external force from acting on the flange.

    摘要: A propelling container with an inner cylinder, a dispenser head, an inner plate, an annular sealing member, a rotator and a lid body. The rotator has a bottom wall part connected to a lower end of the connecting rod, and a circumferential wall part extending from a periphery of the bottom wall part along an outer face of the inner cylinder and surrounding the inner cylinder, thereby rotatably held by the inner cylinder. The rotator is provided with an elastic body repeatedly contacted with and moved away from a projection of the inner cylinder upon rotation of the rotator to generate a click feeling. A stopper is arranged on a base part of the screw rod and associated with a lower part of the inner plate when the inner plate is positioned at the lowest end of the content filling space, so that rotation of the rotator is prevented.

    摘要: A method of and system for manufacturing a microstructure having high form accuracy and a manufacturing system is disclosed. On a rough motion stage having a predetermined positioning accuracy and a large stroke length, a fine motion stage having a small stroke length and a higher positioning accuracy is placed. First, the rough motion stage is moved to a desired position. By use of a mirror placed on a laser length measuring machine and the fine motion stage, the current position of a thin film member on the fine motion stage is precisely measured. This measurement value is feed-backed to a stage control device, and a difference between the current position and a target position is calculated by an error correcting unit. Thus, an error correcting instruction value is generated to move the fine motion stage to the target position. Thus, an error of the rough motion stage is corrected.

Thus, the object of this invention is to provide a discharge container maintaining high productivity, showing good squeeze operation, and having improved outer appearance. The above technical problem and the object of this invention are solved and achieved by a discharge container comprising: a squeezable container 1 having an outer layer 2, an inner layer 3 laminated with the outer layer 2, a container neck 6 disposed on top of the container 1 and used as the flow path 29 for the contents, and an air intake 13 used to introduce outside air into the void between the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 3; an applicator 70 having an applying mechanism and discharge holes 74 for discharging the contents, and having discharge passage 76 communicated with the neck 6; the second check valve mechanism 41 that acts to open or close the flow path 29 so as not to allow the backflow of the contents and the entry of outside air; a base cup 50 having a bottom of its own, a cylindrical wall 51, which is fitted around the bottom cylinder 8, and an air hole 54 that introduces outside air into air intake 13; and the first check valve 40, which is assembled with and fitted to the base cup 50 so as to allow outside air to pass through the air intake 13 but not to allow the backflow of introduced air.
