摘要: A lip ring is attached to a piston so as to be rotatable relative to the piston in a circumferential direction, and a seal portion is provided between a ring attachment groove of the piston and an attachment portion of the lip ring. During a suction stroke, the lip ring can be rotated in a circumferential direction of the piston, thus distributing wear around the entire periphery of a lip portion of the lip ring. During a compression stroke, leakage of air from a compression chamber can be prevented by means of the seal portion provided between the ring attachment groove and the lip ring.

摘要: A size of a charge pump circuit is reduced as well as its cost. In a positive booster charge pump circuit in an embodiment of this invention, a positive boosted voltage 2 VDD generated at its first stage node is used as a gate voltage to turn on a MOS transistor that outputs a high level (VDD) of each of the first, third and fourth clock drivers. And in a negative charge pump circuit, a negative boosted voltage −VDD generated at its first stage node is used as a gate voltage to turn on a MOS transistor that outputs a high level of each of the second and fifth clock drivers.

摘要: A step down DC-DC converter is reduced in the cost by reducing a number of capacitors included. The DC-DC converter is provided with switches that connect (n−1) capacitors in parallel with each other and switches that connect the capacitors in series with each other. In phase 1, some switches are turned on to connect the capacitors in parallel between an output terminal and a ground voltage so that the capacitors are charged. In phase 2, other switches are turned on to connect the capacitors in series between the output terminal and an input voltage so that the capacitors are discharged. A stepped down output voltage, that is 1/n times of the input voltage, is obtained by alternating the phase 1 and the phase 2 until a stable state is reached.

摘要: A disclosed photographing apparatus has a LCD display, a select member, and a controller. The display displays information about a photographic condition, in arbitrary display form using a dot-matrix. The select member selects one display mode among a plurality of display modes. In each mode of the plurality of display modes, display forms are different to each other, standard information required for photographing is displayed common to every display mode, and at least one information inherent to each display mode is displayed. The controller controls the display to display the display mode selected by the selector, and at a time of starting the camera, to display a display mode which has been displayed when the camera was previously switched off.

摘要: A driver circuit to obtain a current to drive a light emitting device is reduced in a patterning area and improved in efficiency. A positive power supply voltage Vdd is applied to an agnode of a white LED, while a voltage −0.5 Vdd from a −0.5 Vdd generation circuit is applied to a cathode of the white LED through an N-channel type MOS transistor. The −0.5 Vdd generation circuit generates the voltage −0.5 Vdd according to a clock Φ from a clock generation circuit. A voltage of 1.5 Vdd is applied between the anode and the cathode of the white LED, as equivalent to a prior art. Since N-channel type MOS transistors are heavily used in the −0.5 Vdd generation circuit, the driver circuit requires less patterning area to obtain the same amount of current to drive the LED as in the prior art. In addition, a parasitic capacitance is reduced to improve efficiency of the driver circuit.

摘要: A speaker includes: a speaker unit; a baffle fitted with the speaker unit; a cabinet fixed to the baffle, the cabinet covering a back of the speaker unit; a plurality of mounting bosses projected from at least one of the baffle and the cabinet; and a packing having elongated mounting holes, the packing located at an abutting part between the baffle and the cabinet, the packing sealing the abutting part. The abutting part includes a plurality of similar sealing areas, which are substantially common in size and shape as a whole except that at least one projecting position of the mounting boss is slightly shifted. The elongated mounting holes of the packing is used for the similar sealing areas. The elongated mounting holes of the packing correspond to the at least one projecting position of the mounting boss and compensate a position shift between the similar sealing areas.
