摘要： A jewel setting method comprising the steps of: making a hole in an elastic object; forming overhangs around the top circumference of the hole; and press-fitting a jewel into the hole by causing the overhangs to be yieldingly withdrawn, allowing the girdle of the jewel to pass through the space delimited by the surrounding overhangs, and then, allowing the overhangs to return to their original positions, thereby catching the bezel of the jewel.
