Abstract:
A recording liquid including a mixture of a recording agent with a water-soluble organic solvent, and water, said mixture giving an aqueous solution having a viscosity of 25 cp or higher at a mixture-water ratio of 9:1 by weight, and giving an aqueous solution having a viscosity of 15 cp or lower at a ratio of 1:1 by weight at 25.degree. C., respectively. A recording method is also provided which includes attaching droplets of the above-mentioned recording liquid onto a recording medium.
Abstract:
There is disclosed ink-jet recording process for carrying out a recording by adhering ink droplets on a recording medium, wherein the recording is carried out under the condition that the ink is adhered in an amount ranging between 3.0.times.10.sup.5 pl/cm.sup.2 and 3.0.times.10.sup.6 pl/cm.sup.2 in solid image recording when the recording is carried out with a recording density of 10 dots/mm.times.10 dots/mm or more.
Abstract:
In case that the light beam emitted from a light source mounted on a base element is focused to a spot light on a data storage media to write the data, when the light beam reflected from the data storage media to return to the light source is reflected from the base element and focused again on the data storage media, it becomes difficult to precisely read/write the data on the storage media. In order to resolve the above problem, a light beam treating means is provided in the base element to prevent the re-incident light beams from being reflected toward the data storage media and focused thereon.
Abstract:
An ink for use in an ink jet comprises as the main components a reactive dye or a reactive dispersing dye, and a solvent composed mainly of water and an organic solvent which is not reactive with said dye. An ink jet printing method comprises applying an ink for printing by an ink jet system to a cloth having fibers dyeable by a reactive dye, wherein said ink comprises as the main components a reactive dye or a reactive dispersing dye, and a solvent composed mainly of water and an organic solvent which is not reactive with said dye. An ink jet printing method comprising applying an ink for printing by an ink jet system to a cloth having fibers dyeable by a reactive dye followed by a dye-fixing treatment, wherein said ink comprises as the main components a reactive dye or reactive dispersing dye, and a solvent composed mainly of water and an organic solvent which is not reactive with said dye.
Abstract:
An amorphous polyester composition according to the present invention comprises (A) a low crystalline polyolefin modified with unsaturated carboxylic acids, (B) an amorphous polyester, (C) a silane coupling agent and (D) an optional inorganic filler, wherein (A) forms a matrix phase and (B) forms a domain phase. This amorphous polyester composition has excellent adhesion properties to different materials such as metal and has excellent damping performance, and therefore a damping material having excellent initial adhesion properties and water-resistant adhesion properties and excellent damping performance, particularly at high temperatures can be obtained from such an amorphous polyester composition.
Abstract:
A recording medium for recording with aqueous ink without direct contact of recording means therewith comprises an under layer and an upper layer provided thereon. The upper layer is formed of substantially water-resistant resin and is sufficiently thin to provide immediate water and air permeability and the under layer is more hydrophilic than the upper layer. There is also provided a recording process employing aqueous ink droplets and a recording medium as mentioned above.
