    摘要: In an array substrate capable of improving the quality of displayed images and a method for manufacturing the array substrate, the array substrate includes a base substrate, a first conductive pattern including a gate line and a first light-blocking pattern, a semiconductor layer overlapping the light-blocking pattern, a second conductive pattern including a data line and a storage line overlapping the first light-blocking pattern, and a pixel electrode overlapping the storage line to form a storage capacitor. The first conductive pattern may further include a second light-blocking pattern overlapping the semiconductor layer which is formed under the data line. The first and second light-blocking patterns block light proceeding toward the semiconductor layer formed under the storage line and under the data line, respectively, so that the semiconductor layer may be prevented from being excited by light energy.

    摘要: Provided is a gate driving circuit including cascade-connected stages that output gate signals. An n-th one of the stages (“n” is a natural number) includes a pull-up part, a pull-up controller, a first pull-down part, a second pull-down part, and a pull-down controller. The pull-up part outputs a first clock signal as an output signal of the n-th stage. The pull-up controller selectively applies first and second powers to a control electrode of the pull-up part. The first pull-down part pulls down a voltage applied to the control electrode of the pull-up part to an off voltage. The second pull-down part pulls down a voltage applied to an output electrode of the pull-up part to the off voltage. The pull-down controller selectively applies the first and second powers to control electrodes of the first and second pull-down parts.

    摘要: The embodiment provides a battery assembly or pack that can fix a coupling tap to an exact position by closely adhering a plurality of bare cells without flowing when the plurality of bare cells are welded with the coupling tap. The battery assembly according to the embodiment includes: a plurality of bare cells that have electrode terminals formed on upper surfaces thereof; an internal frame that receives the plurality of bare cells and has an internal terminal exposing part that exposes the electrode terminals; and a coupling tap that is seated on the internal terminal exposing part of the internal frame to couple the plurality of electrode terminals, wherein a rib hanger that fixes the coupling tap is further formed on the upper of the internal frame. With the constitution as described above, defects of a product are reduced, making it possible to improve productivity.

    摘要: A vibrating disk type micro-gyroscope and a method of manufacture thereof are disclosed. The micro-gyroscope includes a support platform for supporting a vibrating disk, the vibrating disk converting a resonance frequency into two beat frequencies, a bottom detection electrode for detecting the angular velocity of the gyroscope from a detection of the electrostatic capacitance changes between the bottom detection electrode and the vibrating disk, and an upper drive electrode for exciting the vibrating disk. The method includes the steps of: depositing an insulator layer, a polycrystalline silicon layer, the bottom detection layer, and the bottom sacrificial layer; dry etching the bottom sacrificial layer; depositing polycrystalline silicon doped with dopants; dry etching every area except the support platform and the vibrating disk; depositing an oxide upper sacrificial layer; and forming a pattern and then wet etching the upper sacrificial layer and the bottom sacrificial layer.
