Abstract: Provided are a device-to-device (D2D) operation method and device which are performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system. The method comprises: receiving D2D configuration information indicating a plurality of resources which can be used for a D2D operation from a network; selecting a specific resource from among the plurality of resources; and performing the D2D operation with another terminal using the selected specific resource, wherein the specific resource is selected on the basis of a reference signal received power (RSRP) which the terminal has received from the network.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a proximity based notification method in a wireless communication system and a device for the same. In detail, a proximity based notification method in a wireless communication system supporting device to device communication (D2D) may include the steps of: configuring, by a first terminal, a list of terminals which participate in an notification service and a notification time; broadcasting, by the first terminal, a discovery signal including a first D2D ID on a physical sidelink discovery channel (PSDCH) when the notification time arrives; and outputting, by the first terminal, a notification for notifying that a second terminal is proximate when the first terminal receives a second discovery signal including a second D2D ID from the second terminal included in the terminal list on the PSDCH.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for applying assistance information for traffic steering between a 3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) access network and a non-3GPP access network in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives assistance information for traffic steering through a dedicated signaling from an eNodeB (eNB), and starts a timer upon entering an idle mode. The UE applies the assistance information received through the dedicated signaling until the timer expires. After the timer expires, the UE applies assistance information received through a broadcast signaling.

Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method by which a terminal performs device-to-device (D2D) communication in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: converting into a radio resource control (RRC) connection state through the transmission of a service request; being allocated a resource for the D2D communication; transmitting a D2D signal through the allocated resource; and receiving a system information block (SIB) after transmitting the D2D signal, wherein if the SIB includes information on a resource pool, the terminal does not perform an RRC recovery-related operation even if RRC connection failure occurs.
