The method includes receiving load status association information from a plurality of APs in a wireless local area network, respectively, the load status association information including load information and connectivity information, and the connectivity information being information for indicating one or more UEs that can be connected to an AP corresponding to the load status association information; determining, based on the load status association information, load statuses of the APs, and obtaining, using the load status association information, a load balancing connection scheme for balancing loads of the APs, when the load statuses satisfy a predetermined condition; and determining, based on the load balancing connection scheme, a correspondence relation between a specific UE and one of the plurality of APs to connect a UE and a corresponding AP.

The method includes the steps of: a) providing a robot having a plurality of interconnected distal links with a respective plurality major axes and a respective plurality of minor axes, the robot having a controller for moving the robot to a starting position and along a path including a series of interpolated positions to be followed relative a workpiece; b) moving the robot to the starting position; c) determining a next interpolated position on the path, wherein the robot remains fixed in position about at least one of the major axes and a location and an approach vector of the next interpolated position can be achieved; and d) moving the robot to the next interpolated position. A method where the robot remains fixed in position about all major axes is also provided.

    摘要: Optical fiber designs are depicted with a core having an alpha profile inner portion and a steep vertical step between the core and a cladding with no shoulder, referred to herein as a truncated core. A further aspect of this invention can include a trench between the truncated core and cladding. In this embodiment, the core performs as not only as the primary light guiding structure, but now also functions essentially the same as that of a trench structure. Thus, what was formally a trench can now be much less negative or even positive.Another embodiment of the present invention includes an optical fiber having a truncated core with the addition of a ledge or shoulder between the core and vertical step, followed directly by a cladding.

    摘要: The present invention proposes a method for implementing a customized video service in IMS networks and a network element for controlling sessions between terminals, wherein a first terminal is calling a second terminal under the control of a first network element, and the second terminal has subscribed a customized video service provided by a second network element. The method comprises: the first network element transmits to the second network element a message of requesting for playing video to the first terminal which includes media information about the first terminal, after having known that the second terminal has the customized video service; the second network element transmits to the first network element an acknowledgement with information on the video to be played, if it determines that the first terminal supports the format of video to be played based on the media information about the first terminal; the first network element transmits to the second network element a message with information on the customized video service, and transmits to the first terminal a reply with the media information of video to be played after having received from the second network element a response with the media information of video to be played; and a media path is established between the first terminal and the second network element, thereby the video customized by the second terminal being played to the first terminal, and the call request sent by the first terminal while calling the second terminal is forwarded to the second terminal by the first network element.

    摘要: Described are multimode optical fibers in which the differential in the mode delay for higher order modes is reduced for bending insensitive MMF. The result is preservation of low differential mode delay and high bandwidth while low bend loss is achieved. The designs are based on choosing a combination of a core profile and a cladding structure with a negative trench positioned at a radius related to the core profile. A feature of the preferred embodiments is a core with a hybrid refractive index profile. The hybrid refractive index profile is essentially a combination of a standard alpha profile and a step profile at the outer edge of the alpha profile.

    摘要: An apparatus and a method for optimizing robot performance includes a computer connected to the robot controller for receiving performance data of the robot as the controller executes a path program. The computer uses the performance data, user specified optimization objectives and constraints and a kinematic/dynamic simulator to generate a new set of control system parameters to replace the default set in the controller. The computer repeats the process until the new set of control system parameters is optimized.
