    摘要: A hydraulic pressure control valve for a dual-circuit brake system of a vehicle. In this control valve a pair of valve pistons for controlling the braking hydraulic pressure delivered to each of rear wheel brakes are disposed in a housing parallelly and imparted with biasing force directed inwards of the housing by one biasing device. The biasing device is assembled or set within a cover of cup-shape such that the biasing device has been given a preload substantially equal to a biasing force necessary for the control valve before the cover is fixed to the valve housing. The biasing device includes a swingable guide rod attached at one end thereof to the cover with a pivot pin, a sliding member slidably fitted on the guide rod, and a compression spring disposed between the sliding member and a free end of the guide rod for biasing the sliding member toward the pivoted end of the guide rod. The guide rod is provided with a projection for stopping axial movement of the sliding member due to the biasing force of the spring. When the cover is attached to the valve housing the sliding member abuts on ends of the valve pistons and consequently is separated from the projection for transmitting the biasing force of the spring to the valve pistons.

    摘要: A hydraulic braking system for a vehicle having independent dual braking circuits delivers the hydraulic pressure produced in a master cylinder to each wheel cylinder mounted on the front and rear wheels. A pressure control valve is provided with a portion similarly constructed to the ordinary proportioning valve. A first piston disposed in this portion for the hydraulic pressure control operation confronts a second piston, which is with a spring constantly biased theretoward and provided with a small-diametered portion and a large-diametered portion. The second piston is placed such that the small-diametered portion thereof confronts the first piston in one air chamber and the large-diametered portion thereof is extended into another air chamber, an end surface of which large-diametered portion on the side of the small-diametered portion being affected by the hydraulic pressure from the other or opposite circuit from one circuit wherein the pressure control valve controls the hydraulic pressure.

    摘要: A novel dragline is provided which is equipped with hopper means and loading means. More specifically, the dragline of the invention comprises a hopper means mounted on the front portion of a revolving frame rotatably mounted on a mobile base, the hopper means receiving rocks and stones, soil and sand, minerals and the like dug and carried by a bucket, a guide means for guiding the bucket to a position over the hopper means so that the excavated material is loaded into the hopper means, and a loading means disposed below the hopper means for receiving and transferring the material into another transport means, at least the downstream end portion of the loading means being pivotable. The dragline of the invention makes it possible to dig rocks and stones, soil and sand, minerals, etc. in an efficient manner on a large scale and to load them into a transport means.

    摘要: A dual type hydraulic circuit for a vehicle brake which comprises a control valve for controlling the hydraulic pressure in the rear wheel cylinders such that the distribution of braking pressure to the front and rear wheels may be appropriate in either cases, when both circuits are in normal function or when one circuit is faulty. The control valve includes a proportioning valve with a valve piston for opening and closing a fluid passage to the rear wheel cylinder, and a differential piston for controlling the operation of the valve piston in accordance with the hydraulic pressure in the both hydraulic circuits acting on its two pressure-receiving faces dissimilar in the respective area. The differential piston is provided with a small diameter portion and a large diameter portion, being constantly biased in an direction away from the control valve piston, in order to keep a distance larger than the space necessitated for the valve piston stroke to do a controlling operation, while being in confrontation at its small diameter portion to the valve piston. The large diameter portion of the differential piston receives the pressure, on its smaller pressure-receiving face on the nearer side to the smaller diameter portion, in the hydraulic circuit which is not controlled by the control valve, and the other pressure, on the larger pressure-receiving face thereof, in the hydraulic circuit controlled by the control valve.
