    摘要: A braking control valve having a housing with at least one bore and a hydraulic piston (12) which slides in the bore to define and inlet chamber and an outlet chamber. The inlet and outlet chambers being sealed from each other by an elastic annular seal (14) which is carried by the piston (12). The inlet and outlet chambers are in communication with each other through a one way valve located in a passage in the piston which is actuated by a tappet. The seal (14) substantially has a rectangular cross section which is filled without axial clearance in a groove (120) in the piston (12). The seal has internal recesses which are exposed to any pressure present in the inlet chamber so as to urge the seal (14) against the bore with a force which varies as the inlet pressure in the inlet chamber.

    摘要: The hydraulic brake pressure control valve is provided including a valve casing mounted on a master cylinder of a hydraulic brake system. A valve piston is provided with a stepped configuration with an enlarged diameter portion and a reduced diameter portion. The valve piston is mounted slidably and longitudinally along the longitudinal bore of the valve casing. The valve piston is normally urged into a non-operating position and is shiftable longitudinally in an opposite direction from the non-operating position under the effect of a difference in the cross-sectional areas of the enlarged and reduced diameter portions, upon which hydraulic brake fluid pressure acts. The stepped valve piston is defined with a brake fluid passage extending longitudinally therein providing communication between brake fluid passages adjacent the reduced diameter portion and the enlarged diameter portion of the stepped valve piston. A fluid valve member is disposed in the fluid passage and is adapted to hold the fluid passage in an open position when the stepped valve piston is in a non-operating position and to cause the fluid valve to be opened and closed when the stepped valve piston operates in a valving manner. An arrangement is provided such that when the fluid valve is brought to either an opened or a closed position an outer wall surface associated with the valve member abuts an inner wall surface of the stepped valve piston.

    摘要: The positioning ring (44) for a hydraulically operated warning device (80) may be utilized for any hydraulically movable piston or sleeve (52) which, when properly assembled, causes a warning device (80) to effect an initial mode of response. The positioning ring (44) has a reduced inner diameter portion (41) separated from an enlarged inner diameter portion (43) by way of a radial shoulder (42). The enlarged inner diameter portion (43) abuts a shoulder (17) of a surrounding housing (11) and the radial shoulder (42) abuts a shoulder (59) of the piston or sleeve (52). The housing (11) may contain a warning device (80) which engages the piston or sleeve (52) such that if the piston or sleeve (52) is displaced in an axial direction the warning device (80) is operated. Should the centering ring (44) be mis-assembled or not included in the assembly, either the misassembled positioning ring (44) or the lack of the positioning ring ( 44) permits the piston or sleeve (52) to be moved to a position where the warning device (80) is operated to provide an indication that the positioning ring (44) is either misassembled or missing from the assembly.

    摘要: In a hydraulic pressure control valve for use with a brake master cylinder, a hollow body of one-piece structure has an internal stepped bore through which outlet and inlet bores formed respectively in one and other ends of the body communicate with each other. A mounting portion to the master cylinder is provided adjacent the other end of the body. A piston is arranged in the stepped bore for reciprocative movement therealong in response to hydraulic pressure from the master cylinder. One end of the piston remote from the outlet bore has an end face serving as a valve seat. A substantially tubular cap element is arranged in the inlet bore and supports the one end of the piston. The cap element is fixed to the body by fixing arrangement which is accompanied with no relative rotation between the cap element and the body. A valve element arranged in a valve chamber defined by the cap element is normally spaced away from the valve seat, but is seated thereon when the hydraulic pressure reaches a predetermined level to move the piston toward the valve element.

    摘要: In a known dual-circuit braking pressure control valve, a tilting lever arrangement is provided for distribution of the preloading force to the two control pistons, whereby the change-over point of the intact brake circuit is increased upon failure of one brake circuit. The tilting lever arrangement is complicated with respect to its construction and assembly, and its mode of operation is not safe. According to the present invention the tilting lever arrangement is replaced by a carrier bridge at the ends of the two pistons which synchronizes the points of application of the preloading forces by allowing a slight relative movement betweeen the two pistons when both of the brake circuits are operative.

    摘要: To prevent overbraking of the vehicle rear wheels, brake pressure control valves are employed comprising essentially a stepped piston and a valve. A control piston is provided which prevents closing of the valve in the event of failure of a brake circuit. The prior known arrangements are expensive to manufacture and require a large number of seals. The invention, therefore, provides a brake pressure control valve in which an annular piston is provided with a bore which is penetrated by the control piston. A first of the annular piston transverse surfaces is subjected to the pressure of the front wheel brake circuit while a second of the annular piston transverse surfaces is subjected to the regulated pressure of the rear wheel brake circuit. The control piston's end adjacent the valve bears against the annular piston in the direction of a control spring.
