摘要: A master electric charge retaining medium 2 having electrostatic charge information recorded thereon is disposed face-to-face with a reproductive electric charge retaining medium 3, and a voltage is applied between the respective electrodes of the two electric charge retaining media to induce an electric discharge, thereby inversely reproducing the electrostatic charge information on the reproductive electric charge retaining medium, as shown in FIG. 2(b). It is possible to effect the reproduction any number of times while preventing the lowering in the contrast of the master electric charge retaining medium by making the electrostatic capacity of the master electric charge retaining medium adequately larger than the electrostatic capacity of the reproductive electric charge retaining medium. In addition, a master electric charge retaining medium 2 having an insulating layer with a relatively high softening point and a reproductive electric charge retaining medium 4 having a thermosoftening resin layer 4a are disposed face-to-face with each other to induce electric charge on the thermosoftening resin layer in correspondence to the electrostatic charge image on the master electric charge retaining medium 2, and the thermosoftening resin layer is softened by heating to form a dimple pattern thereon, thereby enabling transfer development to be effected any number of times without leaking the electrostatic charge.

摘要: An interlock stitch sewing machine for blindstitch hemming with a slippage preventing device is provided which is so constructed as to prevent slippage that is likely to occur due to a position error of a lower fabric portion of the fabric portions stacked by a top-stitching at the fabric end, or a locally deformed portion due to a cutting error, in the blindstitch hemming of a tubular article such as T-shirts or underwear. A top-stiching width guide and a fabric edge guide are oppositely disposed in front of a needle location. A slippage detecting sensor that detects the edge position of the lower fabric portion to detect the presence of slippage, is attached to the fabric edge guide. When the slippage quantity detected by the sensor exceeds a permissible slippage quantity, it is determined there is possibility of slippage, and an informing means is operated. Thereby, a faulty sewing such as slippage can be reliably prevented by previously detecting a position error of the lower fabric portion or a deformed portion due to a cutting error.

摘要: The invention provides a system in which a photoelectric sensor having a transparent electrode and a photoconductive layer formed on a transparent substrate in this order is opposed to a liquid crystal recording medium having a transparent electrode and a polymer dispersion type of liquid crystal layer formed on a transparent substrate in this order, and voltage is applied between both the electrodes for exposure to image-carrying light, so that the liquid crystals are oriented to record the information. In this system, the transmittance of the liquid crystal recording medium, the current flowing through the photoelectric sensor or liquid crystal recording medium, the conductivity of the unexposed portion of the photoelectric sensor, and the transmittance of the liquid crystal layer at a dark portion are measured, or the voltage applied on the liquid crystal recording medium is estimated by monitoring the current flowing through the liquid crystal recording medium, so that the applied voltage and the duration of the applied voltage can be controlled. Before recording the information, the optimal applied voltage and the optimal duration of the applied voltage can thus be preset to make it possible to obtain images of high quality.

An electro-developing type camera includes a photographing lens system for focusing a light beam derived from an object, and an optical separator for separating the light beam, passing through the photographing lens system, into at least two light beam components. The photographing lens system and the optical separator are constituted and arranged such that the light beam components are focused on different image planes, respectively. The holder assembly is shaped and positioned such that the electro-developing recording media are included in the different image planes, respectively. The holder assembly further includes a lock member detachably engaged with the holder members and the connecting member to lock them in alignment with each other.

摘要: Information recording media enable images to be recorded and reproduced with high resolution, wherein oozing of liquid crystal material thereof is prevented and the information recorded without unevenness. A first recording medium has an information recording layer comprising a liquid crystal phase and an ultraviolet curing resin phase. The information recording layer is stacked on an electrode layer provided on a substrate by coating a mixed solution of liquid crystal and ultraviolet curing resin material on the surface of the electrode layer and then irradiating the coating by irradiation with ultraviolet rays, thereby forming a cured skin layer of the resin material on the outer surface of the information recording layer. A second recording medium has a transparent electrode layer additionally provided on the information recording layer of the first recording medium. A third recording medium has an electrode layer, a photoconductive layer, an information recording layer, and an electrode layer, in successive order. A fourth recording medium has a transparent insulating layer or semiconductor layer interposed between the photoconductive layer and the information recording layer of the third recording medium. According to an information recording and reproducing method employing the first recording medium, a gradually increasing voltage is applied between a photosensitive member and the recording medium. As a result, the effective voltage applied to the liquid crystal layer can be raised, enabling increased modulation, improved contrast and responsiveness.

摘要: A packaged integrated information recording system has a plurality of information recording media radially arranged on a disk substrate. Each of the recording media comprises a liquid crystal recording medium including a liquid crystal-polymer composite layer with polymer balls filled in a liquid-crystal phase, stacked on a first electrode layer and a photoelectric sensor including a second electrode layer and a photoconductive layer formed on a transparent substrate. The liquid crystal recording medium and photoelectric sensor are stacked directly, or through an interlayer on each other while the liquid crystal recording layer and photoconductive layer are opposed to each other. The recording media may also be arranged in a row on a film substrate provided with feed holes on both side edges and received in a closable case such that it can be drawn. Alternatively, the recording media on a film substrate may be received in a packaging case having a window openable and closable by a shutter to unroll the film. Alternatively, the information recording media may be arranged in a row on a card substrate and fixedly received in a packaging case having window openable and closable by a shutter. The above arrangements allow images to be successively recorded by exposure to light and read.
