摘要:
An isolated nucleic acid is provided which encodes a novel centromere-associated motor protein, HsCENP-E. Also provided are the purified polypeptide encoded by the nucleic acid sequence, and antibodies immunologically specific for the polypeptide. These biological molecules are useful as markers of cellular proliferation, particularly for the identification of cells in the G2 and M phases of the cell cycle. Methods are provided for using the nucleic acid, protein and antibodies for assessing cellular proliferation in biological fluids and tissue samples, and for detecting the presence of autoantibodies to the protein.

Aminothiazole compounds with N-containing cycloalkyl at the 2-amino position which are represented by the Formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable prodrug of said compound, pharmaceutically active metabolite or pharmaceutically acceptable salt of said compound, or metabolite thereof, modulate and/or inhibit the cell proliferation and activity of protein kinases. The invention is also directed to the therapeutic or prophylactic use of pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds, and to methods of treating malignancies and other disorders by administering effective amounts of such compounds.

A coiled-sheet stent includes a tubular body having a longitudinal axis and a circumference, and a plurality of cylindrical bands formed in the tubular body, each band having a zig-zag pattern including a series of sequential diagonal elements connected to one another and extending about the circumference. A plurality of longitudinal connectors extend between and connect adjacent bands. The diagonal elements have an arcuate shape, all diagonal elements in each band being oriented in either a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction about the circumference. The tubular body is expandable between contracted and enlarged conditions, and the zig-zag pattern is expandable between unstretched and unstretched conditions, the zig-zag pattern being biased towards the stretched condition above a transition temperature, thereby at least partially defining the enlarged condition. A multi-cellular stent structure is also provided that includes a plurality of bat shaped cells formed in a tubular body, each cell defining a head region, a tail region and opposing curved wing regions, and a plurality of connectors extending between and connecting adjacent cells. The head and tail regions of adjacent cells are directly connected to one another, and connectors extend between adjacent wing regions of adjacent cells.

Aminothiazole compounds with mono-/di-substituted benzamide are represented by the Formula (I), and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, pharmaceutically acceptable prodrugs, pharmaceutically active metabolites, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts of said metabolites are described. These agents modulate and/or inhibit the cell proliferation and activity of protein kinases and are useful as pharmaceuticals for treating malignancies and other disorders.

A prosthesis for treating a body passage includes a micro-porous tubular element and a support element. The tubular element is formed from a thin-walled sheet having a wall thickness of 25 micrometers or less, preferably a coiled-sheet exhibiting temperature-activated shape memory properties. The mesh pattern includes a plurality of openings in the sheet having a maximum dimension of not more than about 200 micrometers, thereby acting as a filter trapping embolic material while facilitating endothelial growth therethrough. The support element includes a plurality of struts, preferably having a thickness of 100-150 micrometers. The support element is preferably an independent component from the tubular element. Alternatively, the support element may be attached to or integrally formed as part of the tubular element. The tubular and support elements are placed on a catheter in contracted conditions and advanced endoluminally to a treatment location within a body passage. The tubular element is deployed, and the support element is expanded to an enlarged condition at the treatment location to engage an interior surface of the tubular element, thereby securing the tubular element and holding the lumen of the treatment location open.

A lamp is provided that includes a light source (1101) including at least one light emitting point (S0); and a light receiving device located between the light source (1101) and the optical path of a collimating optical element (1104, 3104), the light receiving device at least includes at least two light guides (1102, 1103, 3302), for respectively collecting light beams (1301, 1303, 3301, 3303) emitted at different angles from the light emitting point (S0) of the light source (1101), and respectively directing the collected light beams (1301, 1303, 3301, 3303) to the collimating optical element (1104, 3104) in a reflective or refractive manner, after which the light beams forming parallel light after the collimation of the collimating optical element (1104, 3104); and further includes a mirror array (1105, 3105) for reflecting the parallel light to form a reflected light spot array.

An integrated optical beam steering device includes a planar dielectric lens that collimates beams from different inputs in different directions within the lens plane. It also includes an output coupler, such as a grating or photonic crystal, that guides the collimated beams in different directions out of the lens plane. A switch matrix controls which input port is illuminated and hence the in-plane propagation direction of the collimated beam. And a tunable light source changes the wavelength to control the angle at which the collimated beam leaves the plane of the substrate. The device is very efficient, in part because the input port (and thus in-plane propagation direction) can be changed by actuating only log2 N of the N switches in the switch matrix. It can also be much simpler, smaller, and cheaper because it needs fewer control lines than a conventional optical phased array with the same resolution.

Disclosed are a method and device for security isolation. The method comprises: when a relay device receives a handover request message, if the handover request message contains reestablishment information for another cell, then when a user equipment is successfully handed over to a cell of the relay device or is successfully reestablished in the cell of the relay device, the relay device requesting a piece of key information from core network equipment. In embodiments of the present invention, the probability of successful reestablishment during UE handover is increased, and the probability of handover failure is reduced, also, as the key is isolated, communication security of the user is ensured.

Disclosed are a method and device for configuring a Donor base station or a Donor cell for a mobile relay node. The method includes: an operation administration and maintenance (OAM) system obtains position information about a mobile relay node (RN) and determines a standby Donor base station or a standby Donor cell which can be accessed by the mobile RN according to the position information thereof; and the OAM system indicates the standby Donor base station or the standby Donor cell to a serving Donor base station of the mobile RN or indicates the standby Donor base station or the standby Donor cell to the serving Donor base station of the mobile RN through the mobile RN, so that the serving Donor base station of the mobile RN selects a target Donor base station or a target Donor cell for the mobile RN. By way of the present invention, the DeNB or the Donor Cell can be configured for the mobile RN when the mobile RN is moving.
