摘要： A spinal implant including a stabilization member coupled to an elongate member is herein provided. The implant can be configured for placement within a facet joint in an intra-facet or trans-facet configuration. Also, the implant can include a fusion-promoting bioactive material thereby providing a single device capable of spinal stabilization and/or fusion. Furthermore, a method of placing such an implant within a facet joint in an intra-facet or trans-facet orientation is hereby provided.

摘要： A UI involving selection and display from a library of videos, including a “Mosaic” mode of operation, in which a primarily visual display is made of information about possible videos, with the effect that a user might select one such video in response to such visual display. The Mosaic includes an two-dimensional array of entries, each of which has visual information for that entry. The Mosaic collects relatively similar entries near to each other in the visual field seen by a user. The focus is centralized and emphasized, and has auxiliary information displayed for further understanding. The array is dynamically rearranged in response to change in focus and metadata about the entries. Relative weighting of that metadata is responsive to user choice. The array includes rows and columns each of which includes all possible entries, but offset by relatively prime values.

摘要： Devices and methods for treating diseased or damaged portions of an intervertebral region are provided. In particular, intervertebral implants that can include use of a tissue regeneration structure having small intestine submucosa are described. The intervertebral implants can be utilized with any combination of load bearing structures for supporting loading on the implant, shaping structures for biasing the configuration of the implant, collapsible support structures for shaping the implant, and other features. Implants can also be formed with an enclosure to contain a filling material, such as an injectable small intestine submucosa formulation. Methods of delivering and utilizing the various implants are also discussed.

摘要： Various exemplary methods and devices are provided for fixing an implant to native tissue, such as, bone. The devices can include a plate body with an upper surface and a lower tissue contacting surface. The body provides a large contact area for fixing the tissue implant to bone, such that the implant can be securely held in position without requiring penetration of the implant. In one embodiment, the plate body can include at least one aperture for receiving a fixation device and a tissue implant receiving opening through which a tissue implant can be threaded prior to fixing the plate to bone.
