    摘要: The present invention provides a valve configured for insertion on the proximal and distal sides of a heart valve annulus to replace the heart valve of a patient. The valve comprises a first substantially annular portion adapted to be positioned on a proximal side of the annulus of a patient and a second substantially annular portion adapted to be positioned on a distal side of the annulus of a patient, wherein at least one of the first and second substantially annular portions is movable towards the other portion to a clamped position to clamp around the annulus. The second portion has a flow restricting portion extending therefrom and is movable between a first position to permit the flow of blood and a second position to restrict the flow of blood. In one embodiment, the valve has a suture joining the first and second portions to draw the first and second portions into closer proximity and a cinch member to secure the suture to maintain the first and second portions in the clamped position. In another embodiment, the first and second portions are connected by a first segment which biases the first and second portions toward the clamped position.

    摘要: The present invention provides a valve configured for insertion on the proximal and distal sides of a heart valve annulus to replace the heart valve of a patient. The valve comprises a first substantially annular portion adapted to be positioned on a proximal side of the annulus of a patient and a second substantially annular portion adapted to be positioned on a distal side of the annulus of a patient, wherein at least one of the first and second substantially annular portions is movable towards the other portion to a clamped position to clamp around the annulus. The first and second filtering portions are positioned closer to each other than the first and second anchoring portions, and the anchoring portions being formed on first and second opposite portions of the vessel filter. The vessel filter is removable from a vessel wall by engagement of either the first filtering portion or the second filtering portion.

    摘要: The present application provides an arterial cannula system for transporting blood from an extracorporeal pump to a patient's femoral artery and aorta comprising first and second cannula portions. The first cannula portion has a proximal portion, a distal portion, and an intermediate portion and is configured for insertion through the femoral artery. It includes a first lumen extending from the proximal portion to the distal portion to deliver cardioplegic fluid, a second lumen communicating with an expandable occluding member at the distal end portion to inflate the occluding member to occlude blood flow, and a third lumen extending from the proximal portion to the intermediate portion to transport blood from the extracorporeal pump to the femoral artery. The second cannula portion is configured for insertion into the subclavian artery so that an opening in the distal portion is in communication with the aorta. A lumen extending through the second cannula portion is in communication with the opening to transport blood from the extracorporeal pump to the aorta.
