Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a method and an apparatus for antenna management. The method comprises that resource use status data are collected from managed access networks, access networks which participate antenna scheduling are selected from the managed access networks according to the resource use status data to compose an antenna scheduling set, wherein access networks using same spectrum resources are composed in the same antenna scheduling set; radio links of each access network in the antenna scheduling set are divided into one or more radio link clusters; radio resources are allocated to every radio link cluster in the antenna scheduling set in order that mutual interferences among all the radio link clusters in said antenna scheduling set are within a preset range; and radio resource allocation results are sent to the access network that the radio link clusters belong to. The said method and apparatus enable as many access networks as possible to work at the same time within an interference allowed range using the same spectrum resource, increasing spectrum multiplex opportunity and realizing high resource use rate.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a radio resource management system and method. The radio resource management system includes a control device for determining, based on geographical location information of at least one secondary system and at least one primary system managed by the radio resource management system, a radio resource available to the at least one secondary system among licensed radio resources of the at least one primary system when the primary system is not interfered with, the control device including a selection unit for selecting at least one object liable to be interfered with by the secondary system managed by another radio resource management system from the at least one primary system, from the at least one secondary system, or from the at least one primary system and the at least one secondary system based on the geographical location information; and a communication device for transmitting the geographical location information of the at least one object selected by the selection unit to the another radio resource management system. The present disclosure can reduce an information interaction between radio resource management systems.

Abstract: A base station control method for a wireless communication system, a base station control apparatus, a wireless communication system and an electronic device. The base station control apparatus includes an upper limit determination unit and a frequency band control unit; wherein the upper limit determination unit is configured to determine the upper limit of the estimated number of small cells using unlicensed frequency bands in a target region according to available unlicensed frequency band resources and estimated service volume in the target region; and the frequency band control unit is configured to control one or more small cells to use or stop using the unlicensed frequency bands according to the upper limit of the estimated number, so that the number of small cells operating at the unlicensed frequency bands is not greater than the upper limit of the estimated number.

Abstract: A wireless communications system and a method for performing wireless communication in a wireless communications system. The wireless communications system includes: a first base station node; a second base station node; and a wireless communications apparatus, performing communication with the first base station node and the second base station node.
