    摘要: The present invention overcomes the problem of S1 interface failure by redirecting user equipments to another radio basestation, or another RAT. This redirecting may be on a UE-by-UE basis, i.e. when a connection request is received, redirecting that UE, or may involve redirecting all UEs in a cell by broadcasting modified system information. The redirecting may be such that future traffic load, for example as caused by UEs performing tracking area updates, is minimized, by instructing UEs to redirect after a randomized period of time, or by locking the cell after a randomized period of time, for example. In yet further embodiments of the invention, the cell may be locked after a certain number of connection requests have been received. In this way, particularly busy cells can be locked sooner than would otherwise be the case.

    摘要: A rod seal assembly for a Stirling Engine of the type having two or more piston assemblies reciprocating within cylinder bores. The rod seal assembly seals against a connecting rod extending between a piston and a kinematic drive system. The rod seal assembly includes a separated cap seal assembly and a base seal assembly with a hollow cavity formed therebetween. The cap seal assembly and base seal assembly include sealing element features which provide high performance gas sealing and excellent durability characteristics. The hollow interior cavity of the rod seal assembly may be used as part of an internal volume within the engine used as part of a pressure balancing system for the isolated cycle volumes within the engine.

    摘要: Packet data transmissions from network servers are provided to wireless communication stations via wireless communication networks. A network server 30 about to transmit packet data to a wireless communication station 20 first requests the wireless station 20 to provide its radio transferring capabilities to the server 30. Based on these radio transferring capabilities, the information content to be transferred from the server 30 to the wireless station 20, via a wireless communication network 10 and any operatively connecting the server with the wireless network 10, is adapted so that the resulting packet data transmission is suitable for the radio transferring capabilities of the wireless station 20. This results in a reasonable transmission time in elimination of any annoying transmission delays due to bandwidth capacity problems.

The peristaltic actuating element (30) comprises volumes (34A–G) of electromechanical material and is arranged for selectively causing a dimension change in a main motion direction (90) of the peristaltic actuating element (30) within a limited peristaltic section (40). By changing voltage signals activating the volumes (34A–G), the peristaltic section (40) is caused to move along the peristaltic actuating element (30). The body (20) interacting with the peristaltic actuating element is thereby displaced relative to the peristaltic actuating element (30). Preferably, the length of the peristaltic section (40) is less than half the length of the entire peristaltic actuating element (30), more preferably much less. It is also preferred, if the peristaltic actuating element (30) is arranged so that the surface (32) interacting with the body (20) is removed therefrom within the peristaltic section (40).

    摘要: An electromechanical motor (1) has a driving element (20) comprising two electromechanical vibrators (22, 24). The two electromechanical vibrators (22, 24) are interconnected by a link member (26). The electromechanical vibrators (22, 24) are, at the ends (21, 23) connected to the link (26), attached to a backbone (12) of a stator (10) by a respective resilient joint member (14, 16). A mechanical connection to the backbone (12) is thus introduced essentially between the vibrator (22, 24) and the link (26). A vibration of one of the electromechanical vibrators (22, 24) is transferred into a tilting or torsion of one of the joint members (14, 16), and a similar vibration of the other electromechanical vibrator (22, 24) provides a tilting or torsion of the other joint member (14, 16). The liner (26), interconnecting the vibrators (22, 24) is subsequently caused to deform and move. Depending on the vibrations and their relative phases, an actuating portion (28) of the link (26) can be brought along a motion path and this can in turn be used to interact with a body to be moved.
