    摘要: The invention is drawn to a new enzyme that selectively hydrolyzes D-pantolactone in D,L-pantolactone and has the following characteristics:(a) action: acts on pantolactone to produce the corresponding acid;(b) specificity for substrate: acts specifically on D-pantolactone but not on L-pantolactone;(c) pH stability: stable at pH5-9;(d) optimal pH: 7.0-7.5;(e) optimal temperature: ca. 50.degree. C.; and(f) effect of various metal ions or inhibitors: inhibited by Cd.sup.2+, Hg.sup.2+ or Cu.sup.2+ EDTA, as well as a process for the preparation thereof. The enzyme is preferably produced by cultivating the microorganisms of the genera Fusarium, Cylindrocarpon, and Gibberella, and most preferably the microorganism Fusarium oxysporum IFO 5942.

    摘要: In a method of controlling a servomotor, a high output can be fetched from the servomotor by a motor-current control unit of a simple construction, while protecting switching elements of the control unit against excess current. The deviation between a command current (Ir) for of a plurality of winding portions constituting an armature winding of each phase and a current (Ia, Ib) flowing through each winding portion is integrated by an integrating element (9, 9'). The current (Ia, Ib) is amplified by means of a proportional element (10, 10'), and the individual currents (Ia, Ib) are controlled for substantially independent and equal values by means of one PWM control section (3) operating in response to a control signal which is obtained by adding outputs from both the elements (9.about.10').

    摘要: The durability of a belt is enhanced by improving the strength of rubber itself while enhancing its peeling strength with respect to a cord, a fabric or a short fiber. A toothed belt (10) comprises a belt body (13) that is integrally formed by a tooth rubber (11) provided on one surface side thereof, a backing rubber (12) provided on the other surface side, and an embedded cord (14) spirally wound in a boundary portion between the tooth rubber (11) and the backing rubber (12) that extends in the longitudinal direction of the belt. A facing fabric (20) covering the tooth rubber (11) is adhered to a surface of the tooth rubber (11), or one surface of the belt body (13). The tooth rubber (11) is obtained by vulcanization-molding a rubber composition including rubber such as HNBR, resorcinol, a melamine compound, silica and the like.

    摘要: To produce a subject's image on an imager as accurately as possible, a technique that is effectively applicable to the process of assembling an optical system is provided.An imaging device includes: an imager; a plate member, to which the imager is attached; and a holding member configured to hold the plate member. The plate member has a first portion, through which at least one fixing hole has been cut, and a second portion, to which the imager is attached and through which at least one adjusting hole has been cut. The plate member is held by the holding member using a number of fastening members to be introduced through the at least one fixing hole and the at least one adjusting hole. When the first portion is fixed on the holding member, the fastening member that is introduced through the at least one adjusting hole adjusts the relative position of the second portion to the holding member.
