According to another aspect, a soft magnetic metal powder includes a plurality of soft magnetic metal particles containing iron, a surface of each of the soft magnetic metal particles is covered with a coating part, and a maximum height Rz of a surface of the coating part is 10 to 700 nm.

    Abstract: Provided is a soft magnetic metal powder including a plurality of soft magnetic metal particles. Each of the soft magnetic metal particles includes a metal particle and an oxidized part covering the metal particle. The metal particle includes at least Fe. The oxidized part includes an oxide of at least one kind of element selected from the group consisting of Fe, Si, and B, and at least one kind of element of Ca and Mg. A concentration of Ca or Mg in the metal particle and the oxidized part is maximum in the oxidized part. An average value of a maximum value of the concentration of Ca or Mg in the oxidized part is 0.2 atom % or more.

    Abstract: A soft magnetic metal powder that has low coercivity Hcj and high saturation magnetic flux density Bs, and has high powder resistivity and high insulating performance is obtained. The coating portion includes a first coating portion and a second coating portion. The first coating portion is closer to the soft magnetic metal portion than the second coating portion. The first coating portion includes amorphous material, the second coating portion includes crystals, and the second coating portion has a higher crystal content ratio than the first coating portion.

    Abstract: A soft magnetic alloy is composed of a Fe-based nanocrystal and an amorphous phase. In the soft magnetic alloy, S2-S1>0 is satisfied, where S1 (at %) denotes an average content rate of Si in the Fe-based nanocrystal and S2 (at %) denotes an average content rate of Si in the amorphous phase. In addition, the soft magnetic alloy has a composition formula of ((Fe(1−(α+β))X1αX2β)(1−(a+b+c+d+e+f))MaBbSicPdCreCuf)1−gCg. X1 is one or more selected from the group consisting of Co and Ni, X2 is one or more selected from the group consisting of Al, Mn, Ag, Zn, Sn, As, Sb, Bi, N, O, S and a rare earth element, and M is one or more selected from the group consisting of Nb, Hf, Zr, Ta, Ti, Mo, V and W. In the composition formula, a to g, α and β are in specific ranges.
