摘要: A process for producing an activated carbon fiber molding is disclosed which comprises spinning an isotropic pitch to thereby obtain pitch fibers, infusibilizing the pitch fibers to thereby obtain infusibilized fibers, heating the infusibilized fibers under a mechanical load to thereby obtain a molding and activating the molding. In this process, the infusibilized fibers and/or infusibilized fibers molding may be heated in an inert atmosphere so as to effect a light carbonization thereof and thereafter subjected to the subsequent step of the process. The pitch-based porous activated carbon fiber molding obtained by this process has a strikingly high bulk density and can sufficiently exhibit the specific properties of the activated carbon fiber, e.g. a large specific surface area, to thereby have a high adsorption efficiency.

摘要: An electrolytic capacitor device includes a capacitor which has a capacitor element and leads extending from one end of the element, and a square mounting board for use in mounting the capacitor device on a printed circuit board. The mounting board is connected to the one end of the capacitor. The leads are inserted into openings extending through the mounting board. The mounting board has parallel slits extending from the openings to one side edge of the mounting board. Each slit is wider in its open end at the one side edge of the mounting board than the diameter of the associated opening. The bottom surface of the mounting board has metal plate terminals which extend from the openings to different side edges of the mounting board. The terminals have rising portions extending upward along the inner walls of the slits and the openings. The leads have tip ends welded in their peripheries to the rising portions. The top surface of the mounting board has a U-shaped stop opening toward the one side edge.

The contact device includes first and second conductors arranged on a same axis and moved in their axis direction to fit to each other, a spring contact fitted to an installation groove of the second conductor, and a conductive contact piece arranged between a fitting face of the first conductors and the spring contact, so that electric current flows in a pair of conductors through the conductive spring contact and the conductive contact piece. The spring contact has an elliptical cross section formed of a bare wire being spirally wound with tilting against the winding axis thereof, and the contact piece is divided into a plurality of segments in a direction of the winding axis of the spring contact, and configured to line-contact or face-contact the other of the conductors.
