摘要: To obtain an air conditioner having a lower-noise centrifugal fan capable of improving product reliability during transportation and execution properties of installation, with reduced packaging materials in favor of environment. The shape of a blade is formed so that when a blade edge positioned on the downstream side of the blowing direction is designated as a blade rear-edge, the centrifugal fan has a relationship of the outer diameter of the side plate>the outer diameter of the blade rear-edge on the side of a side plate>the outer diameter of the blade rear-edge on the side of a main plate≧the outer diameter of the main plate, and the blade rear-edge is located inside of a straight line connecting a connection point between the blade rear-edge and the main plate to a connection point between the blade rear-edge and the side plate relative to the rotation axis of the fan, and the distance between the blade rear edge and the rotation axis increases toward the side plate from the main plate.

摘要: A vibrating gyroscope according to this invention includes a ring-shaped vibrating body 11 having a uniform plane, leg portions 15 flexibly supporting the ring-shaped vibrating body, a plurality of electrodes 13a, 13b, . . . , 13h that are disposed on the plane of or above the ring-shaped vibrating body and are formed with one of an upper-layer metallic film and a lower-layer metallic film, and a piezoelectric film being sandwiched between the upper-layer metallic film and the lower-layer metallic film in a thickness direction thereof. When one of the driving electrodes 13a for exciting a primary vibration of the ring-shaped vibrating body 11 in a vibration mode of cos Nθ is referred to as a reference driving electrode, the remaining plurality of electrodes 13b, . . . , 13h are disposed at specific positions. Such disposition allows this vibrating gyroscope to detect a secondary vibration inclusive of an out-of-plane vibration mode. A voltage for suppressing the secondary vibration is applied to a suppression electrode 13j.

摘要: The present invention provides a magnetic sensor which detects a target substance indirectly by making a labeling substance larger than the target substance bond with the target substance contained in a sample in a detection area, and detecting the labeling substance, comprising a capture area which is relatively easy to capture the target substance, and a non-capture area which is relatively hard to capture the target substance, on a surface of a member which is comprised in a detection area, wherein the capture area is surrounded by the non-capture area. Thereby, the sensor enables to detect comparatively accurately the number and concentration of substances which cannot be directly detected, and enables to be used for detection of various target substances.

摘要: The efficiency of the specific binding of a target substance to an immobilization region is increased. As a first step, target substance 1001 is drawn to immobilization region 1003 on which immobilized substance 1002 to which target substance 1001 can specifically bind is immobilized. As a second step, only target substance 1001 that does not specifically bind is drawn away from immobilization region 1003. As a third step, target substance 1001 is drawn to immobilization region 1003 again. By alternately repeating the second step and the third step to contact target substance 1001 with immobilized substance 1002 a plurality of times, target substance 1001 is specifically bound to immobilized substance 1002.

摘要: At each lattice point 2 of pantographs 1, a capillary 3 is held perpendicular to the pantograph lattice. The pantograph 1 includes: rings 4 and 5 to serve as lattice points; and shafts 6 linking the rings with one another. Each of the capillaries 3 is supported by the two rings 4 and 5. The shafts are free to rotate about an intersection 7. The ring 5 is fixed to the capillary 3, but the ring 4 is a movable ring being moveable freely up and down in the axial direction of the capillary 3 in conjunction with the pantograph 1. The lattice distance can be determined accomplished by moving up or down the movable ring at an arbitrarily-chosen lattice point in a pantograph 1. Accordingly, all the capillaries move in parallel to one another, and the ends of all the capillaries always stay within a single plane.
