Abstract:
A rolling mill comprising a roll stand which supports rolls provided with roll passes for rolling a blank to be rolled which is fed along a rolling line, the roll stand being supported on a stationary base so as to move in axial directions of the rolls perpendicular to the rolling line, wherein the roll stand is provided with rotatable eccentric rods which have rotatable wheels thereon, the rods being rotated to occupy a non-operation position in which the wheels are separated from the base and an operational position in which the wheels contact with the base so as to rotate on the base, thereby to carry the roll stand in axial directions of the rolls.
Abstract:
A data masking device having a first memory for storing information code signals convertible into visible information and a second memory containing specific code signals in locations corresponding to the code signals in the first memory which selectively are not to be visualized. Signals from each memory are simultaneously read out and a detector detects the read-out of a specific code. When the device is in a mask mode and a specific code signal is detected, the information code signal corresponding to the detected specific code is masked, i.e. it is either not visualized or else a special mark is visualized in its place. When the device is in an unmask mode, the information code signals are converted into visualized information irrespective of the detection of a specific code signal during read-out.
Abstract:
A laser beam recording member capable of recording information by absorbing the radiation energy of a laser beam to cause a thermal melting deformation and/or evaporation removal at the portion exposed to the laser beam wherein the recording layer is composed of a non-metallic layer mainly composed of S, Se, Te or chalcogenide compounds thereof.
Abstract:
A composite magnetic core assembly for a magnetic head comprises first and second substantially C-shaped portions which are symmetrically arranged with respect to each other. Each of the first and second C-shaped portions comprises a substantially L-shaped back core, a substantially oblique prism shaped head chip and at least one side plate which is made of nonmagnetic and electrically conductive material. The side plate is fixedly attached on one side of the head tip and a portion of one side of the back core for reinforcing the adhesive strength between the head tip and the back core.
Abstract:
The sheet-like rubber forming device has a die body which has an opening having a predetermined cross sectional shape, and a variable die lip which is arranged in a front side of the die body and can change the height of the opening. The variable die lip is constructed by a first movable body and a second movable body. The die lip control unit controls the variable die lip so as to drive the first movable body in an opening direction from a state in which the first movable body and the second movable body are closed when the forming is started, hold the positions of the first movable body and the second movable body after reaching a predetermined height, and drive the second movable body in a closing direction when the forming is finished.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an image pickup lens with a large focal depth from the center to the outer part of an image plane formed on an image sensor and capable of maintaining its focal depth within a practical range and thus suppressing a decline in the resolution. An image pickup lens 7 includes, in order from the object side to the image plane side, an aperture stop 5, a first lens 1 that is a biconvex lens having positive power, a second lens 2 that is a meniscus lens having negative power and whose lens surface facing the object side is convex, a third lens 3 that is a meniscus lens having positive power and whose lens surface facing the object side is concave, and a fourth lens 4 that is a biconcave lens having negative power. The image pickup lens 7 includes a multifocal lens on the lens surface of the first lens 1 facing the object side. D and Ymax satisfy the following conditional expression (1): 0≦D/Ymax≦0.1 (1) where D is an absolute value of the distance between the multifocal lens surface and a surface of the aperture stop on the optical axis, and Ymax is the absolute value of the maximum image height on an image plane formed on the image sensor.
Abstract:
A process for producing a vinyl-cis-polybutadiene rubber, including mixing (A) vinyl-cis-polybutadiene obtained by (1) a step of adding a cis-1,4-polymerization catalyst obtainable from an organoaluminum compound and a soluble cobalt compound to a mixture containing 1,3-butadiene and a hydrocarbon-based organic solvent as the major components and having an adjusted water content, thereby subjecting the 1,3-butadiene to cis-1,4-polymerization and subsequently, (2) a step of making a catalyst obtainable from a soluble cobalt compound, an organoaluminum compound represented by the general formula, AlR3 (wherein R represents an alkyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a phenyl group, or a cycloalkyl group), and carbon disulfide present in the resulting polymerization reaction mixture, thereby subjecting the 1,3-butadiene to 1,2-polymerization; and (B) cis-polybutadiene obtained by a step of adding the foregoing cis-1,4-polymerization catalyst, thereby subjecting the 1,3-butadiene to cis-1,4-polymerization and a rubber composition containing the resulting rubber.
Abstract:
A manufactured article treatment processing method and system includes reading out from a manufactured article being subjected to treatment information of component parts of the article and specific properties of the component parts, extraction of the component parts to be separated on the basis of predetermined specific properties serving as information for detachment and specific properties of the component parts, and treatment of the component parts to be separated and other components parts through different processes, respectively.
