摘要: In an optical-disk manufacturing device in which a disklike plate is coated with an ultraviolet-set resin on one side thereof, pressed against a stamper, and irradiated by ultraviolet rays to transfer a pattern provided in the stamper to the ultraviolet-set resin, the optical-disk manufacturing device has a disklike-plate supplying section which can store a plurality of disklike plates; a resin supplying section for supplying the resin to the disklike plate; a transfer section for transferring the pattern of the stamper to the resin; a disklike-plate removing section for removing the disklike plate after transferring; and a transport device to transport the disklike plate from each proceding part to each following part. The various sections of the device are arranged in alignment with a central line passing through a first position of the transfer section, where the disklike plate is overlaid upon the stamper, and at least a second postion of the transfer section, where the resin sandwiched between the disklike plate and the stamper is irradiated by the ultraviolet rays is substantially vertical to the alignment of the sections of the manufacturing device.

摘要: An ultraviolet radiation projector of this invention includes a focusing optical member arranged between an exposure surface of an ultraviolet sensitive material and a panel surface of a CRT for emitting an ultraviolet beam to expose the exposure surface which is kept separated from the focusing optical member, thereby preventing contact between the exposure surface and the focusing optical member. An optical image forming apparatus of this invention can form a high-precision two-dimensional image for an electronic circuit pattern by exposing the exposure surface with a pattern corresponding to a desired electronic circuit pattern using the ultraviolet radiation projector as a light source. In addition, sheet-like resins cured by the exposure with the ultraviolet beam using the ultraviolet radiation projector as a light source are sequentially stacked to form a desired high-precision three-dimensional image.

摘要: In a charging device, a holding member holding a discharge electrode is provided in a shield case. The holding member includes a first guide and a second guide defining a slit therebetween. In the slit, the rear face of the discharge electrode other than a first long side is fixed to the internal side face of the first guide. The holding member holds the discharge electrode so that the entire surface of the discharge electrode and the rear face of the first long side are positioned in an air path extending from the air inlet to a gap and the first long side faces a grid electrode.

摘要: An image forming apparatus includes a photoreceptor, a cleaning unit, an exposing unit, a developing unit, and a control section. On a circumferential surface thereof, the photoreceptor has an image area to have contact with a record medium in an image forming process, and a non-image area. The cleaning unit has a blade in contact with the image and non-image areas. The exposing unit forms an electrostatic latent image on the surface by irradiating the surface along a fast scanning direction with light modulated according to image data supplied by the control section. The data includes primary image data for modulating light to irradiate the image area with. The developing unit develops the latent image by applying developer to the surface. The control section performs an image addition processing in which secondary image data for modulating light to irradiate the non-image area with is added to the primary image data.

摘要: An engine generator can have an engine duct for releasing to the outside a cooling air which is used to cool an engine and a muffler, and a generator duct for releasing to the outside a cooling air which is used to cool a generator. The engine duct and the generator duct can be formed in one body as an exhaust duct. The muffler and the generator can be laterally aligned in parallel with each other, and the engine duct and the generator duct can be located in a manner such that the directions of release of the cooling winds from the engine duct and the generator duct are parallel to each other. The exhaust duct can be located with the generator duct secured to a crankcase. An opening of the engine duct, and an opening of the generator duct can be laterally aligned with each other, and the opening of the generator duct can be positioned above the generator.

摘要: A charging apparatus is provided in which electrodes can be protected from corrosion induced by water content in the air, ozone, nitrogen oxide and the like and thereby lack of uniformity in charged potential on photoreceptor surface can be prevented, and in which a charged potential on photoreceptor surface can be kept in an adequate range for a longer period of time. As an electrode disposed in the charging apparatus for charging photoreceptor surface, an electrode formed with a protective layer made of nickel and phosphorus for surface protection is used. In the protective layer, phosphorus concentration and thickness proportion are each set to fall within a specified range.
