摘要: A second-harmonic oscillator based on push-push oscillation has a pair of amplifiers for oscillation, a high frequency transmission line for connecting inputs of the pair of amplifiers to each other and connecting outputs of the pair of amplifiers to each other, and an electromagnetic coupling member disposed between the inputs and outputs of the pair of amplifiers such that it is electromagnetically coupled to the high frequency transmission line. The electromagnetic coupling member includes at least a dielectric resonator. The pair of amplifiers, high frequency transmission line, and electromagnetic coupling member form two oscillation loops which oscillate in opposite phases to each other with respect to a fundamental wave of oscillation for generating a second harmonic of the fundamental wave.

摘要: A high frequency oscillator suitable for implementing a push-push oscillator, a push-pull oscillator, and a four-phase push-push oscillator comprises a transmission line resonator, two active devices for oscillation connected to two resonant wave points, respectively, located on the transmission line resonator in an opposite phase relationship to each other, and a combiner line connected to an electric symmetric point of the transmission line resonator. The respective active devices constitute two oscillation systems, respectively, which share the transmission line resonator as a high frequency resonator. The combiner line combines outputs from the respective oscillation systems to generate a high frequency output.

摘要: A novel fluorine-containing copolymer is obtained by radically copolymerizing 60 to 80% by mole of ethylene and 20 to 40% by mole of hexafluoropropylene in the presence of 0.1 to 15% by mole of tetrafluoroethylene as a comonomer, each based on the monomer mixture, under pressure of 10 to 40 kgf/cm.sup.2. A fluoroelastomer is obtained by curing the obtained copolymer. The copolymerization is carried out under mild conditions, and the fluoroelastomer obtained by curing the resulting copolymer is excellent in amine resistance.

摘要: A mold for continuous casting comprises a copper or copper alloy mold substrate and a sprayed coating film formed on non-blasted inner surfaces of the substrate with or without a metal plated skin layer provided between the substrate and the film. For the formation of the sprayed coating film, particles of at least one tungsten carbide-based wear-resistant material having a particle size of from 5 .mu.m to 53 .mu.m and having a hardness capable of anchoring in the inner surfaces of the substrate are subjected to high pressure/high velocity oxygen fuel coating under conditions where the particles remain at least partially non-fused on application of heat from a spraying flame. By this, a layer directly anchored in the inner surfaces of the substrate or in the skin layer, if present, is formed at least as one layer of the sprayed coating film formed in a total film thickness of from 0.01 to 6 mm. No thermal fusing treatment is necessary since the bonding between the substrate or skin layer and the layer is strong.

摘要: A system for controlling cooling water temperature for an engine has a radiator, a cooling water passage communicating a water jacket in the engine with the radiator, and a thermostat provided in the cooling water passage. The system is provided with a bypass for bypassing the thermostat, a bypass valve provided in the bypass for closing the bypass; and a solenoid operated valve for actuating the bypass valve. Switch circuits are connected parallel to the solenoid operated valve means. The switch circuits comprises a low temperature switch responsive to low cooling water temperature to effect the operation of the solenoid operated valve for closing the bypass valve of the bypass, a high temperature switch responsive to high cooling water temperature to effect the operation of the solenoid operated valve for closing the bypass valve, a light load switch responsive to the light load operation of the engine to effect the operation of said solenoid operation valve for closing the bypass valve, and a heater switch connected to the high temperature switch in series, whereby the cooling water temperature is controlled according to the engine operation and the heater operation.

摘要: A former unit (20) as a drying apparatus includes four irradiation zones (31-34) in a main casing (21). Each of the irradiation zones (31-34) contains one tray unit (10). Each of the tray units (10) contains four transfer trays (14) aligned in the vertical direction. Each of the transfer trays (14) carries wet PTFE powder. In the former unit (20), the tray units (10) sequentially move from the first irradiation zone (31) to the fourth irradiation zone (34). A microwave is applied to the transfer trays (14) in the tray unit (10) from the left in the first irradiation zone (31), from behind in the second irradiation zone (32), from the front in the third irradiation zone (33), and from the right in the fourth irradiation zone.
