摘要： A server equipment forwards received audio data to multiple terminal equipments; judges good or bad of a communication status between the respective terminal equipments; and transmits communication status data indicating good or bad of the communication status to each of the multiple terminal equipments, while a terminal equipment reproduces voice represented by transferred audio data in real-time; receives communication status data transmitted from the server equipment; and notifies a user whether a communication status indicated by the communication status data is good or bad.

摘要： An apparatus to collect information about network failure includes: a normal mode packet assembly unit to assemble a transmission packet from transmission data output from an application in a normal mode being a procedure used when a transmission process is performed by specified communication protocol; a special mode packet assembly unit to assemble the transmission packet from the transmission data in a special mode being a procedure in which a procedure for collecting failure information is embedded into the procedure used when a transmission process is performed by the specified communication protocol; a switching control unit to activate the normal mode packet assembly unit or the special mode packet assembly unit selectively; and a response analysis unit to collect failure information according to a behavior of the response to the transmission packet transmitted from the special mode packet assembly unit.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to manage presence update by publishers that a presentity does not recognize.When the presence server 100 receives status information that indicates a status of presentity A from publisher B (#1), the presence server 100 stores it in the history table 9 and transmits a change notification to a watcher C (#3). Subsequently, the presence server 100 makes an inquiry to presentity A as to whether or not to allow an update by publisher B (#4). When it is allowed (#5, #6), publisher B is added in the allow list 8a of the allow list DB 8 (#7). Also, presence information is generated based on status information retrieved from the history table 9 (#8), is notified to the watcher C and is stored in the presence management DB 2b (#9, #10). When it is denied (#11), publisher B is added in the deny list 8b of the allow list DB 8 (#12). Also, status information received from publisher B is deleted from the history table 9.

Upon a user terminal transmitting second data, verifying whether any of a plurality of identified user terminals has a right of transmission of first data. The method further includes that upon a user terminal having the a transmission right of first data, setting a value obtained by subtracting the communication bandwidth required for transmission of the first data from the communication bandwidth which each user terminal can use as the communication bandwidth for transmission of the second data. Upon no user terminal having a transmission right of first data, setting a communication bandwidth that each user terminal can use as the communication bandwidth for transmission of the second data.

摘要： The present invention provides a system, method and a memory product storing a computer program for recording call details that allows inexpensive recording of voice data of a phone call on the IP phone system, while easily maintaining high sound quality of the call. A CDR system is provided with a transferring means for transferring the voice packet to a receiving side IP phone upon receipt thereof from the calling side IP phone and records the voice packet upon receipt thereof from the calling side phone and the receiving side phone in a recording means, and a call controller acquires a condition for deciding whether or not to record the voice packet representing the call between the phones; and transmits information relating to a destination with which a call with the transferring means is to be established, in case of having decided to record the voice packet representing the call.
