    摘要: A support system for an agricultural header includes a first actuator configured to couple to a frame of the agricultural header and to a first element of the agricultural header. The support system also includes a second actuator configured to couple to the frame of the agricultural header and to a second element of the agricultural header. Furthermore, the support system includes a third actuator configured to couple to the frame of the agricultural header and to the second element of the agricultural header. The support system also includes a fluid supply system configured to provide pressurized fluid to the first actuator and to the second actuator. The third actuator is fluidly isolated from the fluid supply system, the first actuator, and the second actuator.

    摘要: A harvester cleaning fan system having a cross flow fan rotor, a fan inlet, a rotor shroud, a fan outlet and a cutoff wall assembly. The fan inlet extends in the fan rotation direction around a first portion of the cylindrical rotation volume. The rotor shroud is adjacent the fan inlet and extends in the rotation direction to enclose a second portion of the cylindrical rotation volume. The fan outlet is adjacent the rotor shroud. The cutoff wall assembly extends in the rotation direction by a cutoff wall distance to enclose a third portion of the cylindrical rotation volume. The cutoff wall assembly has a first cutoff wall and a second cutoff wall. The cutoff wall distance is about 40 mm to about 90 mm, and the fan has a rotation diameter of about 400 mm to about 500 mm. An agricultural vehicle having a cleaning fan is also provided.

    摘要: In one aspect, a system for detecting bearing failures for disk gang assemblies of an agricultural implement includes a disk gang assembly comprising a shaft assembly including a shaft and at least one bearing rotatably supporting the shaft. The disk gang assembly also includes a plurality of disks supported on the shaft for rotation therewith. The system also includes a sensor provided in operative association with the shaft assembly, with the sensor being configured to generate data indicative of a bearing-related parameter associated with the shaft assembly. Additionally, the system includes a computing system communicatively coupled to the sensor, with the computing system being configured to monitor the bearing-related parameter based at least in part on the data received from the sensor, and identify that the bearing(s) is experiencing a bearing failure condition based at least in part on an evaluation of the monitored bearing-related parameter.

    摘要: A crop cutting device including a crop guiding surface, a plurality of parallel knives, and an actuating mechanism for moving the knives between a retracted inoperative position below the crop guiding surface and an extended operative position. A portion of the knives projects above the crop guiding surface. A plurality of movable operating members is associated with respective ones of the plurality of knives and movable from a first position in which the knives are in the retracted inoperative position, to a second position in which the knives are in the extended operative position. A support frame holds the operating members in a sliding relation to the support frame. The knife insert assistant is coupled to the support frame and configured for blocking a sliding movement of the operating members relative to the support frame during a movement of the support frame from the retracted position to the employed position.
