摘要: A support system for an agricultural header includes a first actuator configured to couple to a frame of the agricultural header and to a first element of the agricultural header. The support system also includes a second actuator configured to couple to the frame of the agricultural header and to a second element of the agricultural header. Furthermore, the support system includes a third actuator configured to couple to the frame of the agricultural header and to the second element of the agricultural header. The support system also includes a fluid supply system configured to provide pressurized fluid to the first actuator and to the second actuator. The third actuator is fluidly isolated from the fluid supply system, the first actuator, and the second actuator.

摘要: A method for controlled activation of cutting discs of row dividers of a machine for harvesting tall, stalky plants, such as sugarcane and sorghum. The method is used in a harvester machine including an operating cabin, at least one row divider equipped with at least one lollipop activated rotationally, and at least one cutting disc activated rotationally. The method includes steps of measuring a workload of the lollipops, comparing the workload of the lollipops with a predefined workload threshold in order to, thus, determine whether to reinitiate the measurement of the workload or to activate the at least one cutting disk.

The controller is configured to: operably couple to a moisture sensor disposed upstream of the threshing and separation system, relative to the flow of crop material; determine a moisture level of crop material headed for the threshing and separation system; and output an adjustment signal to at least one component of the agricultural harvester to adjust performance of the threshing and separation system based at least partially on the determined moisture level.

摘要: A harvester cleaning fan system having a cross flow fan rotor, a fan inlet, a rotor shroud, a fan outlet and a cutoff wall assembly. An agricultural vehicle having a cleaning fan is also provided.

摘要: A control system for a double-acting air cylinder of an agricultural implement includes a valve assembly configured to control a base end air pressure and a rod end air pressure of the double-acting air cylinder. The control system also includes a controller communicatively coupled to the valve assembly. The controller is configured to determine a target base end air pressure and a target rod end air pressure based on a target force of the double-acting air cylinder and a target damping factor of the double-acting air cylinder. The controller is also configured to control the valve assembly such that a first difference between the base end air pressure and the target base end air pressure is less than a first threshold value and a second difference between the rod end air pressure and the target rod end air pressure is less than a second threshold value.

摘要: In one aspect, a system for detecting bearing failures for disk gang assemblies of an agricultural implement includes a disk gang assembly comprising a shaft assembly including a shaft and at least one bearing rotatably supporting the shaft. The system also includes a sensor provided in operative association with the shaft assembly, with the sensor being configured to generate data indicative of a bearing-related parameter associated with the shaft assembly. Additionally, the system includes a computing system communicatively coupled to the sensor, with the computing system being configured to monitor the bearing-related parameter based at least in part on the data received from the sensor, and identify that the bearing(s) is experiencing a bearing failure condition based at least in part on an evaluation of the monitored bearing-related parameter.

摘要: A crop cutting device including a crop guiding surface, a plurality of parallel knives, and an actuating mechanism for moving the knives between a retracted inoperative position below the crop guiding surface and an extended operative position. A support frame holds the operating members in a sliding relation to the support frame. The knife insert assistant is coupled to the support frame and configured for blocking a sliding movement of the operating members relative to the support frame during a movement of the support frame from the retracted position to the employed position.
