摘要: Latency Based Forwarding (LBF) techniques are presented for the management of the latencies, or delays, of packets forwarded over nodes, such as routers, of a network. In addition to a network header indicating a destination node for receiving the packet, a packet also includes an LBF header indicating the packets accumulated delay since leaving the sender, a maximum latency for the entire journey from the sender to the receiver and a minimum latency for the entire journey from the sender to the receiver. When a packet is received at a node, based on the accumulated delay, the maximum latency, and the minimum latency, the node places the packet in a forwarding queue to manage the delays between the sender and the receiver. The LBF can also indicate a policy for the forwarding node to used when determining the enqueueing of the packet.

摘要: Embodiments are provide for communicating data or other non-control information messages within a downlink control channel directly, rather than in a data channel or broadcast channel. Thereby, radio resource utilization can be substantially improved in the cellular system, such as in the case of transmitting smaller data packets. In an embodiment, a transmitter arranges a set of time-frequency radio resources, associated with a downlink control channel, for transmitting information other than control information sent on the downlink control channel. The transmitter then sends, on the set of time-frequency radio resources, a data information message comprising the information other than the control information. The information other than the control information comprises one of user-specific data information and broadcast data information. A receiver then receives on the downlink control channel, control information and the data information message.

摘要: A method for establishing a temporal label switched path (T-LSP) implemented in a node in a network. The method includes receiving a path request including a time interval and a set of constraints; obtaining traffic engineering information from a first database; computing, by the node, a path satisfying the time interval and the set of constraints based on the traffic engineering information obtained; storing the time interval and the set of constraints in a second database; and instructing an ingress node of the temporal LSP to signal the temporal LSP in the network along the path computed at a start of the time interval identified in the path request and to tear down the temporal LSP at an end of the time interval identified in the path request.

摘要: System and method embodiments are provided for accessing a wireless network. The embodiments enable establishing and releasing session resources in a wireless local area network (WLAN) corresponding to packet data network (PDN) connections in a 3 GPP enhanced packet core (EPC). In an embodiment, a method in a network component for establishing a control channel with a user equipment (UE) includes setting up, by the network component, a link layer channel, sending, by the network component, an identifier of the link layer channel to the UE; and communicating, by the network component, with the UE over the link layer channel using a WLAN control protocol (WLCP), wherein the WLAN comprises a trusted WLAN Access Network (TWAN).

摘要: A resonant tank includes a first capacitor formed on a semiconductor substrate, a first inductor formed on the semiconductor substrate, a second capacitor formed on the semiconductor substrate, and a second inductor formed on the semiconductor substrate. The first capacitor, the first inductor, the second capacitor, and the second inductor are connected in a ring configuration, with each capacitor connected between a pair of the inductors and with each inductor connected between a pair of the capacitors. An amplifier circuit is coupled to the resonant tank and configured to amplify a signal in the resonant tank.

摘要: A computer-implemented method for estimating head pose angles of a user includes determining a first rotation between a first head pose axis associated with a first image of a plurality of images of the user and a camera axis associated with a camera taking the images. A second rotation is determined between a second head pose axis associated with a second image of the user and the camera axis. The first and second head pose axes are determined based on light reflections within the plurality of images. A head pose angle of the user can be estimated based on the first rotation and the second rotation. An alert can be generated based on the estimated head pose angle.

摘要: A parallel flooding topology repair method performed by a node for repairing a flooding topology. The parallel flooding topology repair method detects a failed link and/or a failed node on a flooding topology, determines whether the failed link and/or failed node results in a flooding topology split, and repair the flooding topology by performing a local flooding topology repair process when the flooding topology is split.

摘要: A method of protecting against two or more board failures at the same time by providing an elastic consistency platform (ECP) of high availability (HA) in multiple board environments is described. The ECP is provided between transmission control protocol (TCP) and an application using TCP on each board, including providing input and output buffers to store data between a producer and a consumer. The ECP is used to generate a warning when an amount of data unsynchronized in an output buffer of the ECP on any board reaches a programmable limit.
