摘要: Technical problems of this invention is to create an injection molding device and an injection molding process for a test tube shaped preform, that can laminate a colored layer at certain positions of a wall of the reform with a certain thickness in a manner of a high degree of accuracy.A feature associated with the injection molding device to solve these problem comprising a nozzle section, in which a molten main resin and a molten second resin are join together to form a joined resin mass, the nozzle section comprising: an outer flow channel through which the main resin flows, an inner flow channel through which the second resin flows, a cylindrical column-shaped joined flow channel where the second resin from the inner flow channel joins the main resin from the outer flow channel, a first confluence disposed at a point where the main resin from the outer flow channel flows into the joined flow channel, a second confluence disposed at a point where the second resin flows into the joined flow channel wherein the first confluence is located downstream of the second confluence with a predetermined space left in between, and a cylindrical shutoff pin inserted slidably in the joined flow channel, wherein this shutoff pin is capable of shutting off or opening either or both of the first confluence and/or the second confluence, depending on the sliding position.

摘要: Disclosed is a synthetic resin container provided with an inverting, foldback bottom wall that can maintain a stable, self-supporting position while being able to minimize the amount of residual contents, and that can be formed by blow-molding, etc., and maintain the favorable producibility or low cost of the past. The synthetic resin container is provided with a bottom wall that forms the bottom of the container, and a drum section that is united to the perimeter of the bottom wall and forms a filling space M for contents on the inside, and is a synthetic resin container wherein a raised bottom is formed by inverting and folding back said bottom wall toward said drum section. Said drum section has a lower peripheral wall that touches or approaches the outer wall part of said bottom wall and forms a self-supporting base by the inversion and folding back of said bottom wall.

摘要: A method of injection molding a test tube-shaped preform for biaxial stretch blow molding includes supplying a major material resin from outer and inner flow paths to a combined flow path for a predetermined time and rate. For a period of time within a range of the predetermined time period during which the major material resin is supplied, the intermediate layer resin is simultaneously supplied from the middle flow path to the combined flow path at a second predetermined supplying rate. A columnar laminated molten resin is injected into a cavity of a metal mold connected to a tip of the nozzle through a gate to fill the cavity, the columnar laminated molten resin being composed of the major material resin and the intermediate layer resin formed in the major material resin in a laminated manner that are combined into a columnar shape at the combined flow path.

摘要: The objects of this invention are to set a predetermined height position for the portion of parison or preform that is the first to come in contact with body molding planes of a split mold and to prevent air from being trapped between in-mold labels and the container which is blow molded from the parison or the preform. In-mold labels are fixed to the entire outer surface of body of main container. An annular thinnest wall portion is formed in the wall of the body so that the thinnest wall portion is the first to come in contact with the body molding planes of a split mold. Under this construction, no bulge of air is formed between the body and the in-mold labels fixed to the entire surface of the body.

摘要: Disclosed is a process for forming one or more air intake holes wherein the punch-cutter to be used has a cylindrical blade at the tip, and also has a hooking portion or portions, which is/are disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical blade and which performs a function of hooking into a portion of the outer layer that has come inside the cylindrical blade to prevent the cylindrical blade from slipping out of that portion of the outer layer at a time when the cylindrical blade is moved backward, the cylindrical blade is pressed forward until the blade edge comes to a position close to the outer layer, and at this position, the outer layer is not yet cut out completely, but there remains a circular uncut portion ahead of the blade edge, then, the cylindrical blade is moved backward.

摘要: A blow-molded container includes a container body having a body portion that forms a square shape in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to a container axis; and in-mold labels, which are integrally glued on outer peripheral surfaces of glued portions, ranging from corner surfaces to respective planar portions continuing on both sides of corner surfaces around the container axis, in body portion. Among front and back surfaces of in-mold labels, multiple recesses are formed over entire back surfaces, which are glued to the outer peripheral surfaces of the glued portions. When tensile elasticity of in-mold labels is E (MPa) and thickness of in-mold labels is t (mm), E×t3 is 0.20 or less. When the radius of curvature of the corner surfaces is R (mm) and angle formed between the planar portions is θ (°) in a cross-sectional view of the glued portions, R×θ2 is 45000 or more.
