    摘要: An edible cone production assembly for streamlined production of edible cones includes a conveyor, which comprises a pair of belts. A platform is engaged to and extends between the belts. A sheet, which is resiliently flexible, is engaged to the platform. A hopper, which is engaged to the conveyor, contains a batter, and portions the batter onto the sheet. A heating unit substantially encompasses a section of the conveyor between the first end and a second end of the conveyor. A guide is engaged to the conveyor within the heating unit and is positioned to selectively engage a plurality of forming units engaged to the platform as it traverses the heating unit to mold the batter into a cone as the heating unit bakes the batter. The cone drops from the platform as the platform rounds an end of the conveyor. The platform is one of a plurality of platforms.

    摘要: A machine for manufacturing of flatbread mainly Ethiopian Injera, sometimes known as Enjera. The machine comprises five sections namely batter reservoir, batter depositor, baking section, picking section and baking surface cleaning section. The batter reservoir comprises a tank with a blender to slowly blend the batter to attain uniform viscosity and a mesh to filter out any coagulated materials in the batter. The batter depositor section has an integrated batter deposition apparatus that deposits batter to a uniform thickness on a hot non-sticky baking surface. The baking section comprises of mechanism to close lids of baking pans to bake bread to a desirable temperature. Picking section is where flatbread picked from the baking surface to be cooled to a room temperature and pack for distribution. Finally, the cleaning section is where baking surfaces cleaned and get ready to start another baking cycle.

    摘要: An apparatus for liquid dough goods preparation is provided. The device has a base formed of a vertical post and a horizontal beam attached to a top side of the post. A plurality of nipples are arranged along the post for dough dispensing. The nipples are directed at a baking surface for dispensing dough thereon. A dough leveling device is mounted on the horizontal beam. The leveling device has a blower with an outlet directed through the dough leveling device. In operation, as the dough is dispensed, air from the leveling device aids in a spreading and leveling of the dough on the baking surface.

Non-traditional dough (e.g., gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, vegetarian, or vegan dough) may have properties that are more difficult to accommodate during manufacturing than the properties of traditional dough. Accordingly, various components of the dough depositing machine may be adapted to operate with non-traditional dough. For example, at least one of a dough delivery mechanism, a forming portion, a cutting assembly and a controller of the dough depositing machine may be adapted for use with non-traditional dough. These components of a dough depositing mechanism may be provided as originally manufactured equipment or may be retrofit to an existing dough depositing machine designed for use with traditional dough.

    摘要: There are provided a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus for Baumkuchen for easily and properly suppressing shape distortion of the Baumkuchen caused in a manufacturing process thereof. In manufacturing the Baumkuchen by alternately repeating application of batter around the whole outer circumference of a spit and baking of the applied batter, the batter is scraped off outer circumferences of opposite end portions of the spit before baking only in early stage of manufacturing until the number of repetitions reaches a specified value. As a result, the number of cake layers formed at the opposite end portions of the Baumkuchen is reduced from that at the other portion and outside diameters of the opposite end portions are reduced from a normal outside diameter to thereby suppress partial increase in the outside diameter at the opposite end portions of the Baumkuchen caused by drooping of the batter at the end portions of the spit before baking.
