The ride data can then be analyzed and at least one riding improvement to be made by the rider can be identified, and the at least one riding improvement to be made to the rider can be relayed to the rider to provide training for a subsequent ride.

The methods and apparatus are used to relate trajectory performance of an object to body motions and body orientation associated with a generating the trajectory of the object. When equipment is utilized to generate the trajectory of an object, than the effects of equipment motions and equipment orientation can be also related to trajectory performance. The method and apparatus can be used to predict body motions and body orientations that increase the likelihood of achieving a desired outcome including specifying optimum motions and orientations for a particular individual. The method and apparatus may be used in training, coaching and broadcasting environments.

In various embodiments, the visual divide is extendible, removable and replaceable, pivotal, and may incorporate scribes to vary shape or geometry. The visual divide may further be mounted from a pair of glasses without lenses, though other embodiments with and without lenses are contemplated. The eye divider is used to align or confirm alignment of a baseball player properly with the pitcher, to ensure that the batter has both eyes facing the pitcher.

The start point and end point are positioned on the shoe at a point lower than the intermediate point. The device also has an indicator moveable along the guide. The indicator is an alert to the user of the device that the user has executed proper body motions during a swing or throw, when the indicator traverses from the start point through the intermediate point to the end point. Also provided is a system and method.

摘要： A bat swing training device for enabling the diagnosis and correction of an individual batter's swing. The training device includes a conventional bat modified to receive a training aid at its distal. The training aid provides a snapping sound if an individual swings the bat at greater than a predetermined speed such that inertial forces overcome magnetic forces acting on a paramagnetic slider and the slider accelerates from a first stop to a second stop producing a snap. The position of the batter's hands at the time of the snap indicates whether the batter's swing is correct.
